I got into a car accident and had my car fixed by Lopez Auto BODY & Repair shop. They did absolutely amazing, my car runs incredibly.. honestly better than when i first purchased it! The people are super kind and helpful here as well. They were also able to repair my car in awesome time, it hardly took two weeks. Definitely recommend this establishment for anyone who has any car problems or needs any repairs. I will be returning with any future problems i may have! 10/10!Services: Transmission

I have a accident for the black ice on December 23,so my insurance company sent my car to this shop because they work for them so they didn't make a far estimate to fixi the car right the car, and it take them a month and a half to replace a bumper ?? and they didn't fixed anything for the suspension that was the purpose to get the car towed to them???Services: Body & Trim

My advice to anyone do not ever use this shop they had my vehicle for over four months let rain snow get in the vehicle did not fix the damages they needed to fix I still have dents cracks in my tail lights I still have suspension problems from my accident they were supposed to replace my door panel they left broken plastic pieces on my door any of the work that they did you was not completed. The vehicle is a complete mess and smells from the damages they caused by leaving the windows opened for months As wellService: Body & Trim

My car has been in this shop for well over the time I thought it would be done. I had my vehicle picked up on September 3rd. It is now September 29th. This is ridiculous they told me they had to order a part but I didn't know it took 4 weeks for the part to get to the shop, I just called and they told me my vehicle is done but there is "a noise that they don't like" those exact words came from the women who owns this shop. It is a big red flag ? my vehicle shouldn't only be ready but should be ready and better then ever, instead they messed something up and now have to do more work, a high paying customer like myself should not get this type of service. I am appaled.
