Got told about this place from a friend that bought from here. Vut wow what Horrible service I received today went there to buy couches for both my homes. I couldn't get the workers to answer any questions. the woman worker was busy actually helping a customer. there was also to 2 men there that were to busy messing around and talking to each other even think about helping us or explain to us how everything works. we started to leave after 20 mins of trying to figure all it out on our own. the men asked me do u have more questions. I looked at him and said you didn't even come talk to us or even try to help us so no now that it has been 20 mins I'm leaving must be nice to get paid and not help or even work and just make it a chill spot we are customers we came here to learn about ur product and purchase one. I get more help online then at the store

Staff was threatening and aggressive. Sat down and they turned the music up so loud it hurt. We asked them to turn it down and they laughed and turned it up louder. We were literally there to buy and they drove us out of the store.

First time in the store and our sales rep, Matt, was worth a full 5 stars! He was patient, attentive, & knowledgeable to the point of even knowing which fabric is the most forgiving for multi-pet households like mine. My rating comes more from the product itself, which is astronomically expensive for pieces you have to assemble yourself- If I buy a $10k piece of furniture, it darn well better come with white glove service! There are very few pieces/ styles to choose from and barely any accessories (what few options they do have are also expensive and impractical). Not to mention, the sactionals themselves aren't that comfortable- I really don't get what the fuss is about :/ If you like to follow "furniture trends" and your back can take subpar comfort, I guess this would be the choice for you. The built-in sound system option is the best part of this furniture!

The staff here was great and meet all my needs. They were honest with me and told me what is a better quality. The manager made my purchase simple and she answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend this store!

Great knowledgeable staff helped us with this beautiful LoveSac deep fill couch! We will definitely recommend LoveSac to family and friends. This is also a great couch for tall peeps like me 6 ft plus with the Deep fill.

Overall, decent experience. The associates were polite but still appeared new. I just wanted to add a section to my existing love sac, I gave them the information (previous invoice) since it was purchased at this location and should be easier to prevent mishaps.I received order and the covers do not match, they sent me Sapphire Navy instead of midnight Navy. Attention to details matter to me, and they dropped the ball here.However, the shipping and packaging was perfect. Not even a full 7 days passed before it arrived at our house.
