Loyal Lululemon shopper. Was unable to pick up an order today I placed online. Called Woodfield Mall store, spoke with a manger to ask if they could hold the order until tomorrow…sorry, we cannot as the system overrides and we have no control over the override…policy is always the excuse of a company going out of the way to help a customer. DISAPPOINTING…the app has a “need help”…if only I spoken with someone who could provide help.

They are all super nice and friendly. I was buying a vest though the other day and as I was purchasing it the cashier lady decided to try it on and talk about how she needs to get one for herself. It was a little uncomfortable and I did not know what to say. Other than that great experience and would definitely go back.

This company sucks and none of their clothing is worth the price!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! They expect you to pay so much for their items and yet don’t take responsibility when it turns out damaged.

From the moment I reached out, he was incredibly attentive, patient, and truly went the extra mile to help me. Andy made sure to listen to all my concerns and provided knowledgeable recommendations that were perfect for my needs. His positive attitude and professionalism made my experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to ensuring a customer feels valued and satisfied. Thanks to Andy, I’ll definitely be coming back to Lululemon at Schaumburg and recommending it to others. Keep up the great work!

It was my first time going in didn’t know what to expect but Christian was very helpful. He was able to get me all the things I needed. He showed me a few things that were similar which I appreciated. Overall he was amazing and I will definitely be returning.

i bought legging on january 2024 online and the stitch comes undone, well i decided to repair it and bring it to this store.
the lady at cashier was refused me and told me that legging i bought it last year. and i told her no i bought it few months ago. she looks at me like put me down and told me there’s way she can found out from the legging if i bought it last year. and i keep told her it was new legging.
well i don’t wanna argue and i left the store but still looking the receipt in my email and my apps. and another minutes i came back and showed her that legging new. she looks ashamed and she called manager to take care of me.
this guy even worse. i think his name is J. he look at me like i can’t afford buy those stuff. and he asked me what can they do for me? well i don’t asked anything, i just wanna repair that legging. i don’t even think wanna exchange it to new one.
he said they don’t have that legging anymore and offered me different model with same color. i agreed on that because i think i don’t have to pay anything, just exchange. and i found out no, i have to pay more like $58 because my legging only worth $49 and i need to pay more. the point is this guy didn’t mention about that in the beginning.
well i changed my mind and told him i just gonna call customer service later on. i feel they are more kindness than these people in this store. and suddenly he gave me gift card with $49 and agreed to take my legging.
WHY YOU MAKE ME DIFFICULT IF YOU ENDED UP GAVE ME STORE CREDIT. WHY I GOTTA BACK AND FORTH TO YOUR STORE JUST WANNA SHOW YOU THATS NEW LEGGING NOT FROM LAST YEAR.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. BETTER GO TO OTHER LULULEMON STORE. MANAGER NOT HELPFUL

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Yeah, the clothes are awesome, but the customer service my family member and I received tonight was exceptional. This evening was my first time visiting this location. I will be returning to this location in the future because of my experience tonight. I hope management and corporate realize how kind and helpful the workers at the Schaumberg location are and recognize them for it.

Went in today with defective leggings and was told that short of purchasing more expensive leggings that they wouldn't honor the purchase. I don't understand how this business model works. When a product is defective I should be able to receive at the very least store credit to purchase what I want. Poor attitude from the manager who basically said I should.leave before the situation escalated. I'm sure it was because he didn't want anyone else to hear my lack in satisfaction. Staff should really be trained better in how to have customer relations. Online customer support was much better.

Woodfield Mall location. Checked the website to make sure they had it in stock and picked it up. Doesn't feel as crowed as Oak Brook.

Got 2 pants . Waist was too tight. One had label one did not. Tried to find something else for exchange did not find what I was looking for. Did not have the receipt. Cashier was super nice. He needed manager authorization for a return manager said no. His name was j as he said I think that was not his name. He did not even bother asking why do I need to return them and insisted on only a gift receipt for the one that had the label. Went on educating me on how that is a standard. But the nice cashier asked me why I’m returning I told him he left the register to show me. He acted like a human being that really cares. Not like the manager who does not give a f. Lulu lemon more training is needed for ur managers.
