I got my son a rock kit and grabbed the wrong one. I just wanted to exchange it since it was the same brand and price but I was told since it's not The exact same item that I have to return it and then repurchase it. However, since I used my voucher, I wasn't able to repurchase it for 24 hours using my Michael's rewards! I have never had an issue before with exchanging anything. I'm not sure of the people at this location are confused or was there a change in their policy all of a sudden?

I always try to buy when there is a coupon or sale , it's always fun to shop here they have everything for craft, cake decorating, there t-shirts is so cheap , when they have the end of season sale there price is unbeatable

Every cashier I have met here has been super nice and helpful. They have a classroom area here also. They were doing a spring craft activity at the front door for anyone who came in while I was there too. Great artificial floral selection!

They don't have any relevant products related to the holidays currently approaching. Store is cold. And I know employees are told to ask "are you finding everything okay?" But literally do not interrupt my shopping experience with this stupid question if you really don't care and are gunna be snippy about it. No wonder brick and mortar are losing to online shopping. It's useless to go to stores with not relevant products and rude customer service that no one even asked for.

Place is great!! It's a artists dream. Carries everything from paint, pastels, spray paint, markers etc!! I found the place to carry everything you need to complete a project. Enjoy!!
