My CVS Minute Clinic was fast & convenient. I was able to book an appt. over the phone and was seen within 24 hours of my call. The nurse was caring and knowledgeable. I had a 0 copay as they are partnered with my Aetna insurance. I highly recommend a visit vs. waiting for a Dr. appt. when you need to be seen right away.

Check in was a pain especially when being sick. The practitioner was very good and attentive. She helped me the best that she could. I received a prescription for an inhaler & she sent me to an immediate care for chest xrays to determine if I had pneumonia. Which, it turned out that I did.

Great care. Went in for wound treatment and physician Mary was very helpful and took time to understand the cause and symptoms. Gave a good treatment plan. Will visit again when in need of quick care.

Made an appointment online. Went in for my appt. Went to doctor. They don't see me on the list lol. Great. Now I'm stuck with a sore throat on memorial weekend

If they don’t take your insurance you’re going to find out at the time of the appointment so if you don’t know whether they do or not don’t even bother.

I had a positive experience with the clinic. I'm a senior and temporarily unemployed. I ran out of my Asthma inhaler. Almadadha Hiba, took care of me, I received an inhaler and although pricey, I was pleased with the service. Short wait also.

We received adequate service but the nurse practitioner billed my insurance incorrectly, insisted I pay $95 and said “insurance will sort it out later” and now minute clinic is not refunding me. I’ve had to go back and forth with my insurance and minute clinic and no one is helping me. Horrible experience for what should have been straight forward.

Horrible service. Waited in the waiting room for 45 min and no one came out to greet me. Ended up leaving to go to another urgent care.
