My wife and I just switched insurance providers after I retired, and we regrettably chose an HMO. CVS could not accept our insurance, so they referred us to MinuteClinic. Because it is a clinic, rather than pharmacy, they were able to give us our updated COVID vax without issue. They also scheduled us for our flu shot in two days. The nurse practitioner, Dina, is a rock star. She is an example of how medical care providers should be - kind, patient, and professional. We were really impressed with her!

I had a great experience at the MinuteClinic with Dina, NP. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout my visit. Dina took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel heard and supported. Her professionalism and compassionate approach truly stood out. Care provider Dawn had a gentle attitude which is needed when someone has a health situation. She took time to explain what was happening and what she was going to do. This included possible negative side-effects so I would know what could happen. I would have to problem recommending this MinuteClinic to friends and family members.

Do not recommend this clinic. they charged my insurance company for 500 dollars for 1 tuberculosis test. But for the beginning they told that everything will be 80 dollars for 1 person

I am not sure what happened. I called for an appointment and asked for all the information for a person who does not have insurance. I was told I would be charged $100 for my visit and for that price, I would receive all the necessary tests. Then I would just pay for the prescriptions. When I arrived, the lady told me it was $139 for a visit, and if she needed to take additional tests, it would be an additional charge. So I left because MinuteClinic phone customer service is saying something different and the physician is saying something different. The Physician was nice however and recommended other places.

Easy to make an appointment online. Lots of text reminders. I was seen in a timely manner. Dinara the NP was very kind and thorough. She explained everything well. Lots of easy parking at this location.

The doctor who assisted me was very helpful. She took the time to answer my questions. I was in the office for about 15-20 min. In addition, I took the flu shot and felt no symptoms. Just very sore arm.
