In my experience of the time I have been driving on the road, it has been the worst company I have ever been in. My truck broke down on the road in the middle of winter at the end of December. Specifically, I had more than 10 days with electrical problems that the mechanics could not solve. I spent my Christmas away. from my house far from my family and they had no consideration for me. I even took the truck to the yard and they kept my last two checks and my Scroll. The owner told me he was going to pay me and he never paid me, failing to comply with a crime. Federal, that is not done to anyone by not paying your money despite so much work and sacrifice on the road, but hey, times are bad and one day God collects it, no one leaves this world owing anything to them, they needed it more. Since I lost more than $5000 between Escrow and check, I advise you to think about it to come to this Company, good luck.

Very very very unprofessional company,bunch of lies nothing else.Forced dispatch and all this 5 stars reviews are created by friends and drivers who are treated better than others. I would never recommend this company to my greatest enemy.

I agreed to sign up as a company driver and after flying to Chicago I was handed a truck lease agreement contract and I was forced to sign it or not work with them. They verbally had all kinds of reasons why it was necessary, but their words totally contradicted the written contract. Created distrust, and possibly could have been their "legal right" to pay me poorly or nothing or even sue me. I wasn't willing to sign the truck lease agreement they tried to subtly force me to sign, which for example specified a "one year term." ...too risky, written contract was ridiculous! Maybe it would have worked out well if I just scribbled my initials and drove, maybe I would have got paid nothing, who knows... ALSO, FYI in the contract it says company driver is responsible for paying up to $7,500 if he crashes the truck, or even $5,000 if the shipper makes a cargo damage claim. It was them forcing me to sign a truck lease agreement (but verbally we agree I am not leasing or renting a truck) that made me fly home... They talked so sweet to me and convinced me to fly up on my own expense and they will reimburse me but I ended up paying for all the taxis/uber and flights and hotel... And when I arrive at their office they hand me a truck lease agreement and say sign it or fly home and eat all your expenses.… Send me all my travel expenses that you owe me for this nonsense!

I absolutely love this company period, great people through out the company. I have told other drivers about it who now work here and feel the same way. This company treats you like family not just another replaceable driver or a number, you do your job and you will make good money.

I worked for This company for about a monthTwice they have refused to pay me. I did two loads right before thanksgiving and they held my paycheck for two weeks. Second time they gave me a statement on Thursday and I didn’t get paid. Now they’re holding two of my paychecks. They give you a statement on Thursday and it doesn’t clear till Tuesday. You call accounting and they always say they’ll call you back because they have to ask their colleague and never call back. I have reported them to BBB because it’s illegal to hold someone’s paycheck after a driver has completed a task
