It's not at all 100% the clerk's fault but I think Exon Mobil changed the Rewards program as I tried multiple times add in my loyalty number and didn't even know my passcode at all so I went elsewhere
Service was definitely 100% great attitude as he tried his best
Casey's is now owned rewards at this station

pump didn't stop on its own overflow over 5 gallons , went to go get cashier after calling help button 5 times since I had 2 kids in the car. Cashier didn't have any sense of urgency forget about reimbursement for their not working pumps. Was thinking to stop by more often since it is close to home but never again. This was my first experience in since got licensed (17 years). Even my kids thought that man was no help or no use understanding the seriousness of incident nature. So many bad reviews how are you in the business. Happened at pump 4 around 7:35 ish on October 15th.

I can't give this anymore stars. This has station is constantly disappointing me. The touch controls on the gas pumps are damaged or unsuable, 90% of the time after I press the button for a printed receipt it tells me that there's no paper and the attendant will have a printed receipt inside.It may seem trivial but it really isn't. Most of the gas attendants aren't friendly or knowledgeable when I ask them about why their pumps aren't working, why there isn't any paper for a printable receipt and other issues. I'll be taking my car somewhere else

We came to the station at 11:30pm due to the good advertised gas prices but found yellow "out of service" bags on every pump and the station appeared to be closed despite employees being inside?
