We worked with Abdel Mughrabi and he was wonderful. Explained everything clearly, helped bring the price down a bit for us, and helped me decide leasing was the way to go over financing. This is my first car buying/leasing experience. I’ve had my other car since I was 16 and it’s hard to let go, but he’s been very helpful.

Nick and Will were great with helping me buy at a great price and mileage! My first purchase at a dealership so I was expecting the worst but that changed with how great these two helped me! Thought long and hard on this review. The dealer ship will lie and tell you what you want to hear to buy . They will also tack on extra warranty and not tell you about it. * which you can cancel* . Also there "cpo" charge is something they will come down on first. Do not pay that because you do not need to. Would highly recomend doing third party financing so the finance managers can't take advantage of you like they will try to . Onto the service department. They are on a different wave length than the dealer. They will get offended if you ask them questions. They have no customer service and aren't there to help you. Go to palatine subbie for service 100 % better. Service department will make a point to tell you that they have nothing to do with the rest of the dealership. Would not reccomend this dealer to anyone. All prices are negotiable. Just threaten to leave and they will run to the office for one last offer. Typicly just discounting the fees there trying to burn you with. Stay safe and do your research. This dealer doesn't care about you just getting your money. Also 3 months after purchase my clutch and trans went out. Like they don't check the cars before selling them.

Terrible service department experience. I had to beg and fight for them to honor their own coupon. After finally agreeing to my price they gave me back my keys in a huff and said the car is right out front. It was not. After walking around looking for it, it was parked in the back and blocked in by an employee's vehicle. I don't recommend this Subaru dealership for service. I received an email from the dealership with a 15% service coupon that was for my specific vehicle and vin number. I scheduled the service from the email link and it provided a price on the website. It was for the recommended 60,000 mile service. After the service was complete I sent to pick up my vehicle and they were trying to charge me the full amount less their "coupons", which were way less than the 15% in the email. They tried to make me feel like a jerk for correcting them. They had to get special manager approval to honor their own coupon. Ridiculous. I don't know if it's part of their game to make an extra 5-10% off of every customer who doesn't ask questions, but it felt slimy.

I don't go there for any service, but my usual dealer didn't have any appointment available for a week, so I made an appointment for an oil change in my Outback 3.6R and this was the last time I will take my car there for any service. My wife went there and told the service advisor she needs full synthetic oil change only and declined the offered tire rotation because we had it done less than 4k miles before. She was quoted $79 with coupon and car was taken for the service. She had to wait an hour and a half for this to be done, which is ridiculously long for oil change only. But that was not the worst thing. She paid $84.11 with taxes and fees, but didn't check paperwork that she received before leaving (our fault). I checked paperwork at home the next day and realized that instead of full synthetic oil as requested and quoted, they put conventional oil instead, which had a price tag of $39.95 printed. Somebody just put new amount of $84.11 using pen below original printout. So now we have the most expensive conventional oil ever in our car, which had synthetic oil only since the first change after we bought it brand new. I don't even want to take the car back because even if they tell me they will put synthetic oil this time, how do I know they will really do it and not just keep the car for another hour doing exactly nothing? This is a clear ripoff, so beware of this place.

Though I had a great experience purchasing a car, their service department is less than stellar. I had a slow leak in a tire and after 1/2 hour they couldn't find the leak. Brought my car somewhere else and they found the leak, patched it and charged me less than half of Subarus quote to patch a tire. Unless it's covered by a warranty I would suggest going somewhere else for service.

They sold us a almost new car that had a slipping clutch the first mile off the lot. When we tried to return it, they told us there was nothing they could do, and we must have ruined the clutch. Come on! That's ridiculous.What a bunch of con artists. Do not buy anything from Napleton's, they do not care about doing the Right thing.Buyer beware!

Steve our salesman was extremely informative. Initially Ricardo was helping me along through email and was extremely communicative. Upon purchase Ricardo was busy but Steve was able to take over and was knowledgeable as well with all my questions also helped me with creating a deal that works best for my budget. So in love with my new car and even happier I was able to get some incredible deals on it as well.

I just bought a used car from Napleton Subaru in Schaumburg and had such a positive experience! Alain was my sales consultant and was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient with me. Nick the Finance Manager was personable and made the process very easy. I was pleasantly surprised with all of the used vehicles that they had available in their lot, which made picking one for my daughters even harder. I would definitely consider buying another future car here for the non-pressured sales experience I had.

Amazing service all around! Ricky and Allan were both so helpful in getting us in an amazing used Subaru. Ricky was super helpful in finding a car that we loved at a price we could manage, and Allan was great with streamlining the paperwork and financial stuff. Great energy from both of them. They were even nice enough to fix the windshield for free 2 days after we got the car after it got cracked by a rogue pebble.
