Been a Nordstrom customer for three decades for several reasons, quality products, exceptional service, and generous return policy. Only store that has products where the style and quality that one can not resist purchasing! Great store with high-quality designer merchandise. Spouse's goto store for high-quality makeup. Store associates are always helpful and experienced. Reviewed 8-6-24.

I always look at their jewelry and they always have beautiful pieces, but the ladies that work the counter are stuck up. They don’t greet me or ask if I need any help. They helped a woman right next to me but not me. I just think it’s rude to profile people just based on what they’re wearing or look like.

Visited for early access to the anniversary sale. The store opened early for a private shopping experience that included breakfast treats, coffee, water, and super cute embroidered mini tote bags. The staff was so helpful in locating items and sizes.

This past Sunday afternoon I went to the men's clothing section to buy a shirt and tie for a wedding. Sharon greeted me and offered her assistance. I told Sharon the wedding is in Mexico, so Sharon was very thoughtful regarding the type of material for the shirt and the color and pattern for the tie. She provided service that was beyond what I expect when you shop at Nordstrom! I really appreciated her help!

Followed me around like a hawk because they probably thought I couldn’t afford anything. I went to anthropology next door and spent 380 on some clothes and walked back in just to flex on them. Then I left and bought my mom a Valentino bag for Mother’s Day at another Nordstrom. Just because you look at the price doesn’t mean you can’t afford it. It means I want to make sure I have enough for her gift and my rent lol. These people are rude. They asked if I needed help as someone was literally in front of me helping me. They don’t even have Baccarat Rouge so it’s not worth going there in my opinion.

I usually have a good experience at Nordstrom, but this was awful. The lady working at the register today around 8:55pm in the purse area with brown hair and black and white top was very rude. My mom and I were waiting by the register to be helped to look at a Burberry item. Instead of her saying “do you need assistance with something” she just said “you need to go to a different register I’m busy here”. The guy who she was helping was nice and told her “it’s okay you can help them” and her response was “no they can wait”. We were willing to wait but her demeanor and attitude ruined it for us. Thank goodness we bumped into Zairna, I believe that’s how you spell her name. She is always smiling and so kind, she’s been helping us since before COVID.
