They did no charge my 2nd insurance for the copay. When I called they did not listen to what I was saying they didn’t want to send me a copy of my copay I owed them until I said it was a just a lil more work them. They don’t listen to the customer when they talk to them

I cannot express how much I hate having to deal with this company. Customer service is not a thing with Optum. Everything's a hassle, the website and the app are useless. I'm going to spend the next year trying to talk my company out of using this service.

Horrible customer service. They barely speak English and either do not listen to what you are asking or they are unable to understand English. Other than the area to reorder prescriptions, the website is terrible. There is outdated information, the Chat is useless and there is no search function.
