Horrible customer serviceI went in and inquired about getting my bracelet cleaned. The young lady said they do them while you wait but she was busy cleaning another bracelet so I had to wait for a sales rep to become available. I waited and another sales rep came and asked if we needed help. The same young lady that said I had to wait for a sales rep, then tells the sales rep to help another customer and she would do my bracelet. She was still cleaning the bracelet she had originally when I first inquired about the cleaning, not sure what changed because from what I saw, nothing changed.

First thing walking in jazmin looked my family up and down giving us a nasty look and rolling her eyes , no greeting or anything just a bad look. We decided to ignore her and walked towards another girl working she was much nicer and helpful. Jazmin really needs to work on her customer service.

Ordered a pandora engravable necklace online and even called this particular location to see if they offered the engraving service, I was told I could come any time within store hours. Fast forward to today—I waited approximately 2 hours in the line to find out that the engraving machine was out of order. I completely understand that it was incredibly busy hence the wait, but it is extremely infuriating that there was no sign or indication displayed on the storefront. After expressing my grievance to a staff member, she stated that there was a sign on the machine (sign read “out of order” written on standard printer paper) but this sign was displayed all the way in the back of the store, the line extended nearly halfway across another shop, and I was under the impression the machine was functioning due to my previous phone call. Nevertheless I appreciated the store manager for still attempting to use the machine and still helping us to the best of her abilities—I sincerely just think a sign should be displayed so others could avoid this situation.

They don’t even deserve one star. Employee and everyone sucks at the store. I was showing them that I am looking for particular thing and they weee like sir please let me help some other customer and they lost good customer .

Went to return an item and instead of refunding my money they charged me, I showed the transaction on my bank app plus the email of purchase and still was not good enough. Bunch of crooks and will tell my peers not to shop here ever again. Also, the rep did not even know how to do the process of return which I should’ve known better.

Who doesn't love Pandora? We were lucky to be there on a day it was not super busy. The one on one attention and help was greatly appreciated and of course instead of leaving with one charm I left with three! Love this place great staff and always fun to update my bracelet.

I love my Pandora Medium Link Chain and Pandora Wire Heart Charm now I feel like MONEYYY I don’t feel basic no more ?? I found out about this piece recently (all late) and I finally decided to go to the PANDORA at WOODFIELD to buy it and I do not regret it. Everything was great it was a fast and smooth process but the only thing that bothered me was the fact that I could not use my 10% discount on my first ever PANDORA purchase ever, I signed up with my email and put in my birthday and name, all my info but I got nothing in my emails and when I asked the cashier for help she said there’s nothing they can do through their system they’re no way for them to be able to apply the code for me or anything like that & and I am so confused because with all this technology how does a major jewelry company like PANDORA not have the technology to be able to find my account and see that I am a new user and give me the 10% discount.. I bought my piece anyways because I’m not broke but to get treated to a new member only 10% discount like other people would’ve been sweet…I will be buying more charms to add to my chain I want the PANDORA BROKEN HEART CHARM AND THE BUTTERFLY CHARM??

The manager was ok, and the service was ok. I felt like I had to pick out charms with little suggestion. I bought about six charms on a Sunday. On Tuesday, they have the free bracelet promotion if you spend 135 dollars. I spent over 300... I had to go back to pandora in Indiana where I live to ask for the bracelet which they did give to me. I feel like the manager in Schaumburg could have mentioned this to me

Went to this location yesterday to get my clasp of my bracelet fixed. I walked in, and a nice sales associate was not able to find my account history with the information I provided. My mother-in-law had gotten me this bracelet, so I stepped outside of the store to give her a call. She gave me her email, so we could try looking it up that way. I went back in the store, and got a new sales associate, Ayde. She was one of the rudest and most put out people I have ever met. Never once greeted me, just walked up and looked at me, waiting for me to tell her why I was there. I continued to tell her what was going on and gave her my mother-in-law’s email, and nothing. She then gave me attitude telling me that it’s not under that account and that I’m going to need a confirmation number now. Once again, I have to ask my mother-in-law for this now. She sends it to me, and I give it to Ayde. Ayde then proceeds to tell me that the confirmation number is only good for a charm. I look down at it and see the total being close to $130… so I asked “So the charm “N” is $130??” She just looked at me. Obviously the bracelet and the letter “N” were bought together, but she was so persistent on me yet again calling my mother-in-law for more “proof”. Like are you kidding me…? This is horrible customer service. Not only was this happening, but in between she would talk to her coworker in Spanish so that I couldn’t understand them, and she was laughing. Like what is so funny? Ayde then proceeded walking away from the counter atleast five times without telling me why or even saying a word to me. That’s when I asked her coworker what is going on and why she keeps walking away. Ayde came back to me and had me sign the receipt and asked if I would like it to be wrapped. Yes. That upset her as well. Horrendous attitude. I was in that store for almost an hour… an HOUR. For a replacement bracelet that should’ve taken maybe 10 minutes at least. Honestly, I loved Pandora. But after that experience I had with her, I’m not sure if I’ll be back.

The girl that helped us out was very nice and helpful. My daughter bought me 2 charms for my birthday and we were at the mall and saw the buy 2 get 1 free sale. Went in to ask and were informed that the sale had just started. When my daughter told her she had just bought the chas the day before she said she could do a refund , repurchase and get the sale. I walked away with the charms and earings for only $5 more than the original purchase
