I had a great experience at Patrick BMW in Schaumburg. A misunderstanding at the start was handled with complete professionalism and care by the team. Alan Murad went above and beyond — personally reaching out and finding me a fantastic 2024 X3 at a very fair price. His transparency and commitment to making things right truly stood out.
Salvo Lazzara was courteous, patient, and helpful throughout the process, and Director of Sales Enzo Costa took personal interest to ensure everything was handled properly.

I had a great experience purchasing my new used BMW with JoAnne Tuiaana at Patrick along with Fred Kempke in the service department Fred help guide me to which BMW’s I would like to drive based on my history and JoAnne was amazing letting me test drive the different styles to find which one I liked best. JoAnne was patient welcoming with no pressure until I found my next perfect car!! She made sure I left feeling 100% confident in my purchase and I had the best car for me. When I would see a car in the lot or on your website I liked all I had to do was stop in or call and she would look at why or why not that was my car. I am excited to drive my new used car. Such a great experience at Patrick Mini! We found a 2023 Mini Cooper S convertible with only 3K miles there. It was well worth the 300 mile trip to go get it! Joanna was an amazing sales rep. Very relatable and kind. We trusted her instantly! She followed through on our request for floor mats and even had them shipped directly to our home. Her follow-up communication has been excellent since the purchase. We would definitely make the long drive back to Patrick Mini for our next one … especially if Joanna is still there! Thanks for such a wonderful car-buying experience! 😊

Just purchased a 2026 BMW x1, I wanted to post a 5 star rating for Angelo Tramuta. It took us a long time for us to make a decision, Angelo was very patient, and answered all of our questions that we texted to him throughout the process. Angelo also provided valuable advice when he noticed that I failed to update my driver's license. His attention to detail saved me a significant amount of money in avoiding the higher tax rate which was listed on my old license.
Angelo was a pleasure to chat with in person, no high pressure sales pitch, just total confidence in Patrick Bmw's business ethic. Will recommend his service to all of our friends.
