Do NOT come here for service. I worked with Tyler Schulz for my service needs. I waited at the dealership and my vehicle was ready at 12:01 PM for a 10:30 AM appointment. However, I was never notified so I waited and waited and waited in the waiting area until 2:47 PM. Finally went over to the service area and another advisor told me that the vehicle was ready. Why was I not informed right away that the vehicle was ready? Absolutely ridiculous.

Dawid G., Katie G. & George S. we're so helpful, straight shooters, to the point, detailed oriented, and empathetic to our requests as to what we were not ony looking for but what we also needed to have peace of mind in both our purchases, as we were in need of 2 newer cars. My mom & brother in law's mom bought cars here with the same kind of service years back. We plan on sending more family & friends who are in need of an honest car buying exercise here in the near future. I read a thousand reviews, did all of my research on what car I wanted, studied car fax reports and was also straight forward in what I was seeking. I believe car dealerships appreciate customers knowing exactly what they want to help the process & make it easier for all involved. They truly helped bring peace of mind to myself as I have had nothing but issues with cars in the past. I will baby this one forever. Lol.

I scheduled an oil change and fender liner replacement 2–3 weeks in advance and confirmed it by text. When I arrived, I wasn’t told I needed to pre-pay for the part — if I had known, it could have been done today.
Instead, I waited three hours for an oil change and tire rotation, and was then told the fender liner couldn’t be done at all. This was the main reason I scheduled the appointment, and the lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this dealership, and I was extremely frustrated with how my time was wasted.

5 stars ++++. Patrick Hyundai from point of contact to driving off of the lot in a new Palisade Calligraphy was perfect. All contact from David (sales) was professional and timely. Answered many emails and never pushed. Followed up post purchase. In person David was knowledgeable and professional. Explained the car inside and out. All of the tech. Never rushed, invited to come back again with questions. I did come back. David took the time without issue. Trade in price beat Carvana and purchase price post negotiation was a nice surprise. Never felt pushed or ripped off. Every discussion was clear and concise. There was a thank you for the purchase.
Post purchase with Ketyra (business manager) was probably the best experience in my car purchasing history. She was organized. Accepted no for an answer with warranties and other items. Thorough concise transparent. Knew there was a time constraint and worked with us to get us out the door. Highly recommend.

I had a few bumps in the road after purchasing my 2025 Santa Fe and did not expect to receive the level of care and understanding that I did. The manager, Jose, was absolutely wonderful—he handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and genuine understanding of our frustrations. He made sure our concerns were addressed quickly and that we felt supported throughout the entire process.
Our sales representative Dawid as well as our service technician Josh and Peter were also amazing, checking in with us and making sure we were informed every step of the way. Both Jose and the team were accommodating, accountable, and went above and beyond to ensure the issues with our car were fully resolved. Their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction truly made a difference and turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. Thank you to everyone there.

We bought a radiator from the parts department at this location and it is defective. It is severely warped. They do not inspect their parts when selling to customers. We were already home and saw the part like this, so we had to go back to return it. Its frustrating because we came from far away. If they have parts like this at their warehouse, no one knows if they put parts like this when fixing cars. Avoid!

I recently leased an IONIQ 5 from Patrick Hyundai. I chose to go with Patrick over the other dealers that I reached out to for two reasons: 1) They have a non aggressive sales approach; 2) They had a woman on their sales team. The experience of working with the Patrick Hyundai team was straightforward and low stress. Dawid, the client advisor we worked with, was great to communicate with from beginning to end. I appreciated being able to go back and forth with him by text and not being hounded by phone and email. I also had a great experience finalizing the financing with Ketyra, the business manager. Also a shout out to their patient tech guy who helped us not feel like total dummies as we got set up with Bluelink and all the tech features of our first EV! We are *loving* our IONIQ 5 and have only positive reflections of our leasing experience with Patrick Hyundai.

Deceptive, Dishonest, and Completely Unprofessional
Called to make an appointment for my car 2023 tuson hybrid with 14000mi that is under warranty and is having a stalling issues but they refused to accommodate with a loaner. I’m sure if it was customer pay they would find a loaner somewhere. Very disappointing.
