I honestly can’t say enough about our time at this dealership. We have had multiple Acura’s and this was by far the most pleasant experience buying a car we have had. We pulled into the parking lot and were greeted right away by the BEST salesman Manny. He wasn’t pushy at all and was happy to listen to our needs. It didn’t take long to find the car we wanted and it only got better from there. Manny made the process so comfortable. While we were waiting the service manager Josh answered all of our questions and we were able to customize our extended warranty. Josh was extremely personable and we are really happy to know who will be servicing our new car in the future. We highly recommend seeing Manny if you’re in the market for a new car!!

This month took our old Elantra in to deal with engine misfire and starting problems. The construction going on certainly is hurting customer service. It's confusing to figure out where to go -- though big signage does help, as much as it can -- and it's certainly doesn't make it easy, apparently, for consultants to know you're there and to come out and greet you. Even the staff understandably seems disoriented in the makeshift facility. I was greeted only by what appeared to be a porter -- "someone will come out to help you" -- and nobody came out. I had to go into and find someone. My assigned consultant gave me a no-eye-contact "someone will be right with you," then another one checked me in; she was good. The repair recommendations about matched what I expected, even a little better than I expected. I always like the mechanic's video sent via text, though his voice was distorted at times by surrounding sound. I didn't like that a pricey maintenance package also was pushed, when many of the services on the package's list I didn't think were really needed at this time, especially on top of repairs already happening and somewhat overlapping. So far so good on the results, but we'll see. I was somewhat regretting not going to a local, more personable mechanic I've taken another vehicle to, even if the repair results and cost probably would have been the same or close.

Where do I start! So my wife’s Hyundai with an oil consumption problem in the motor problem from factory. I have to put two quarts in between oil changes sometimes more even have a calendar made for a reminder to check how much was lost and fill and repeat. So we made the appointment talk to one adviser (Jonathan) he stated to me that since were not the original owners they won’t provide a loaner. Which I understand at that time he should have also stated that Hyundai changed there rules that the only the original owners can get the oil consumption test but he did not. Still made appointments dropped off car night before just to get a phone call stating that since we’re not original owners we have to pay $700. I’m not mad at the price I’m mad that they didn’t inform me about the original owner only is allowed for the test too when they told us we couldn’t get a loaner. Schaumburg is not around the corner but since we bought car there we figured it’s smart this was during cold degrees weather they wasted our time and fuel when they could have just told us over the phone. I talked josh)and he says there’s nothing he could do. Thanks guys. Just giving heads up to others with this problem be clear when you call so you don’t waste your time and money. Poor team work I’d say.

I would happily recommend Patrick Hyundai to anyone who would listen. Patrick Hyundai was very easy to deal. The pushy, obnoxious "car salesperson" stereotype does not apply here -- the people in Patrick Hyundai were respectful and understanding.One thing though: our car was clean when Patrick released it to us but when i lifted the car floor mats, I found that the car floor could have been vacuumed better/more thoroughly. Other than that, absolutely 5/5 stars.

2 hours to get an oil change. Had to wait in a cold tent with no heater the entire time. Tire pressure not inspected on return after rotation. Car “washed” presumably with a hamburger wrapper. I have no clue how a car comes back in worse shape after a service but Patrick Hyundai sure does. 0/10

Patrick Hyundai and Genesis have been taking care of my family for over 10 years. We absolutely LOVE this dealer team! Every single person you work with at Patrick Hyundai from finance, to service, to sales, to online folks are TOP NOTCH (professional, courteous, and always customer focused). This dealership is hands down the BEST in Illinois the Patrick promise is REAL! and we are a Patrick family for life. Our kids, our friends, our in laws, and my parents are all Hyundai owners.I recently bought my 10th car from Manny Diaz (list below). We consider Manny part of our extended family and will ALWAYS work with him for our families transportation needs. I had been to service in September and had the pleasure of having Ulysses help me. This time I went in for sounds of transmission. I got an appointment in 2 days and the service agent went right away to the mechanics. Out comes Ulysses and to my surprise, he remembered me, after one visit! We went for a drive to listen to transmission. He is SO knowledgeable and explains the issue so clearly. I was so impressed what he knows and his friendly attitude. I would say employee of the year!!

it should be zero stars for the terrible customer services I receivedService advisors hand out their cards with a phone # that is not answered and has no voice mail set up.needed to make numerous calls to just get a call back regarding a problem that was not fixed the first time it was brought inI was told I need a new catalytic converter for 4000$ that was caused by the nation wide hyndai oil consumption problem. I got no help from this dealership or from corporate even though the oil issue caused the catalytic to be clogged. my advise is DO NOT BUY A Hyndai !!!!

Nice selection of cars. They didn’t budge on the price but that’s alright. Tom was very easy to work with, no pressure , just there to help you with the car and get through the sales process. Also helped get my Bluelink account created. They will try to sell you additional warranties for $1,000s during the paper signing process, just need to say no thanks 35 times and you’ll get through it. Overall very nice people and would buy from again.

I was apprehensive about buying a new car, since my experience of years past was that of sharks waiting to pounce on the first chance!This experience at Patrick was amazing! First off, John Roberts was persistent, yet respectful of my communication wishes. It was through his efforts that I decided to give Patrick a go. Arriving and navigating the current construction was a bit trying, but Dave more than made up for the inconvenience with his professionalism and friendly manner. From start to finish both John, Dave and the Patrick team made this a the best experience possible. I applaud the Patrick ownership for investing in their showroom and selection of personnel. All I saw was smiles amid the challenge of construction..

Sam in the service department is the best customer service representative that I've ever encountered! Many times, trips to the service department aren't happy visits but Sam made it less painful. She was kind, knowledgable, communicative and considerate. She took the time to explain everything to me and was always willing to provide extra information when needed. She went above and beyond to help me get back on the road and kept me updated along the way. Patrick Hyundai scored big time having her on their team. She must be protected at all costs!

Amazing experience from start to finish! David was very understanding of our needs and facilitated the purchase of our Genesis GV70 with such ease. All of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. After we purchased our car the GM came to thank us and to make sure our experience was satisfactory, which it was!

I have been coming here for YEARS, yesterday was the 3rd car I have purchased from them (this time I was involved in an accident which was not the fault of mine, my car was totaled). My family/mother had also purchased from here for years, not only her cars, but cars for her grandchildren. So we know Patrick Hyundai very well! From the Service Dept (Gus is the BEST, my mom would ask specifically for him) to the sales team, (we had Manny who was incredible). My husband had not had experience with them, and we went to a different dealer the day before, at his request. The next day I took him to Patrick Hyundai. My husband is not easily impressed, but he was with Patrick Hyundai and he is now another fan! I am a loyal customer because of the quality service and quality vehicles. Now my husband is, too!
