I recently purchased a vehicle through Patrick Volvo after pursuing several different avenues for funding that did not work out. I had recently emerged from bankruptcy (during which I gave up my old car yet still needed a reliable car), so finding someone that was able to work with me--- either online or at a dealership-- was extremely difficult. I was just about to give up hope until I visited Patrick Volvo. Not only did they secure funding for me, it was for my top choice vehicle and when I didn't have the down payment required by the lender, they were able to somehow get that down payment reduced by more than half. I could tell that this was not an easy process for them, but they were determined to make it work, and they did. In just a few short hours I drove out of the dealership with my new car after feeling certain it was hopeless just a few hours earlier. Thank you Patrick Volvo (and my sales agent, Babatola) for making it happen.

What a terrible experience!
I drove to the dealership with the Check light on. The car had been running with the Check light on for several weeks, and it hadn't affected its performance at all. They fixed the Check light, but while they were doing it, they drained the battery.
They refused to admit fault, started the car with a jump start, and gave it back to me. Now I have a car parked outside my office that won't start.
I brought a car here that was running, and I took away one that doesn't.
NEVER GO TO THIS SERVICE CENTER!

I once again had an amazing experience with Mo Khan here at Volvo! I first worked with him 3 years ago and will only come get our Volvos from him. My wife and I are long time customers of Patrick Volvo. We've purchased two consecutive vehicles from them, the latest being a 2025 EX90. We've done all our service on our Volvos with Patrick Volvo. No more. Yesterday my wife was returning from a trip to Bloomington, IN, and the car gave her a fault message and speed limited her to about 50mph on I-65. It was a completely unsafe situation and there were no Volvo dealers nearby. I called Patrick Volvo several times hoping to speak to a service advisor or technician to trouble shoot the issue and hopefully get the speed limiter removed. My calls went voicemail over and over. Finally I found a live person, only to be told no technician would speak to me; call roadside assistance and have it towed to a dealer in Indiana. I have other vehicles from other dealers and this is not the norm; usually someone attempts to assist you - not Patrick Volvo! So I called a different Volvo dealer local to me, explained I didn't buy the car from them but couldn't get assistance from my purchasing dealer. A service manager got on a conference call with me and my wife, cleared the code and got her on her way home safely. Now they will get our service and vehicle purchasing business in the future.

We recently leased a EX30 from Patrick Volvo and had a great experience. Brett was very patient and helpful through the process (even gave my two little boys a couple hot wheels CX40 Volvos to take home) and enjoy while we discussed the paperwork.
The finance team was also great! I didn't feel pressured to sign up for anything I wasn't comfortable with which was a relief because so many dealerships use this as an opportunity to hustle.
I would highly recommend Patrick Volvo for your next car buying experience!

We have purchased 3 Volvos from Patrick even though they are not the closest dealer to our house. They have always given us fair prices and excellent service. Our key fobs were not working properly and when I took it in today, the Service Manager Erin went above and beyond to solve the problem, saving us over a thousand dollars. I also am always touched that our salesman Tola always remembers us and asks about our kids. Patrick Dealers will always be our preferred dealership.
