I had an amazing experience at Journeys Kidz Store #7161 thanks to Iseah (salesperson #725989). He went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we needed, making the shopping experience enjoyable for my child and me. His exceptional customer service skills and dedication to ensuring we were happy make him truly stand out. Iseah has the qualities of a great manager, and I hope to see him in that role soon! Really impressed with that level of customer service!

After being told by a “manager” at another location that this store had the item we were looking for in stock, we got there to them not having that item at all. The “manager” at the other store gave them the wrong number and they held the wrong shoes. These employees went above and beyond to try and turn our experience into a good one. I will absolutely be going back to this store because of Corrine (might be spelled wrong). She was absolutely fantastic and I really appreciate all she did for us!

Thank you to the young lady who helped me with my shoes today! I don't see a survey option on my receipt but she was lovely and so professional! All I remember is her last name is Martinez because she mentioned that when I was giving her my email as I paid and she said it was her last name as well. She was very nice to my little boy too, I love it when people have great customer service skills!

This footwear store is well-organized and cheap! You can find your feet some comfort here! However, do not expect expensive brands like Adidas, Nike or Under Armor here!

Nice selection of shoes and boots. I went in looking for a specific kind of boot. This store had exactly what I want at a great price. It was BOGO day so I got more stuff than expected. But its ok. Got great shoes at great prices
