I got a hamster today one of my friends named her bagel! She's a Syrian hamster and she's so cute and sweet. The workers were very nice and helpful. I'm also really glad they supply you with some bedding for the hamsters gunneia pigs and other animals in their carrier box so they are nice and cozy.

This is the Best Grooming Dept.And Rachel and Staff is Amazing.They get the job done and they don't keep you waiting long.Ive been using them for 10 years now and will not go elsewere.Thankyou Very Much to Hard Workers whom care.See you guys soon.

Larissa O. recently groomed my Maltese and she did an absolute terrible job. She shaved my dog completely bald when she only went in for a routine bath and trim. I’m very unhappy and will not be returning. Terrible experience.

Traci was very nice and helpful, they helped switch our appointment to a nail trim. It was very quick and easy. Definitely coming back here to get a trim by her again!

Absolutely terrible grooming service! The place was stinky and dirty. First they canceled my appointment the same day saying that the groomer got sick but I told them I was happy to reschedule anytime next day. But the next day they called me 10 minutes after I dropped my cat there saying he is getting really anxious and has bitten the groomer so I should come pick him up. Obviously cats hate baths but groomers should be trained to handle such behavior and given my cat is super well behaved and has never been aggressive before I really wonder what happened! When they gave me my cat back he was dripping wet and disgustingly smelly. My car reeks of poop now and I had to go home and give him a bath myself. My cat and I are so traumatized by this experience. Would consider anywhere but this location for grooming and would never recommend it!! Totally unacceptable service😣

Went in for dog food this morning, used a credit card to pay. All of a sudden I have a bunch of unauthorized charges. Manager didn't know how to respond d to ne telling them of breach. Not too apologetic.

Love coming to this store, it's always clean, not crowded and the employees are nice. Once in a while, I'll run into one of their training session, and its cute to see all the pups.

Cassidy brushed out my Great Pyrenees for me. She did a great job. To all the girls who helped, you are awesome!! I recently had shoulder surgery and he really needed it. 5 stars for sure. I'd give more if I could.
