Duplicate transactions, overdraft fees, deposited checks not showing up, imaginary fees! No problem PNC is always willing to take your money but never help out when it consistently mistakenly or unmistakenly takes it. NEVER USE PNC. If you want to withdrawal or deposit money on consistent basis.

All you have to do when you go to this branch is deal with Claudette. She is personable she will help you, she will better whatever situation you have in front of you. because that's who She is and that's why people keep coming back to her and remember her for Years to come.

Zero stars. This is a cashless bank. Customers cannot receive cash back from their transactions. Ridiculous.

We opened our family accounts this year. So far so good. Christian is our account manager and he’s very attentive and provides great customer service. The tellers are friendly and the manager very much involved with the banks clients.

I just stopped to have a Notary done at this location. The answer was â€You are not a client of PNC a bank and therefore we won't notarize your document. Well, I won't ever be your costumer PNC Bqnk.

I used to work long time ago at PNC and let me tell you these tellers have no idea what they are doing. Terrible customer service, i feel better treated by atm than these people...

I have an account that I signed up for on the internet, so I mostly do my transactions on the ATM at the HICKS location in PALATINE next to the Mariano's and the Police Department. I input a $100 check today and I was going to take out $80 (as you're allowed to take out up to $100 on a $100 or more check THAT DAY - the tellers won't let you - this is an ATM perk only). Said insufficient funds. Mom wrote me this check, so I went home, got another check - had to go to Schaumburg anyway, so I went to the PNC on Roselle, put the check in, tried to get money out - same thing happened!! Even though this wasn't my "official branch", I went inside to see what was up. I usually don't go inside as I have an internet only account (at least that's what it was when I started it a few years ago...). Anyway, I was immediately greeted and helped by what turned out to be a personal banker named Linda (at least I think so at this late hour, as I didn't get her card but promised to come back and talk to her regarding my mediocre credit). Perhaps she was the head banker, as she had a lovely office? Also, great customer service as she literally sat me down in her lovely office within 45 seconds of my arrival. She explained to me that "weekend" checks don't post until Tuesday and if you take out money on Saturday from a check that hasn't cleared (that ATM perk), you can't do it again until TUESDAY (unless you have available funds before the the check/s post)! So later today my checks should clear and I''ll be able to gas up my car. Totally crazy. MONDAY is still considered the Weekend. (WEIRD, but apparently it's that way at all banks...) NOW it's 1230am Chicagoland time and now, the internet is not showing that I deposited a check at the HICKS ROAD location, but only at the Roselle location. ARRGH! You heard it right, kids: Roselle, yes, but NOT Hicks. What is going on? I have never EVER had any problems with the Palatine PNC or ANY PNC for that matter. I'm going to call the 800# first thing (and get the check number from my mom) and then call the branch and have them look for aforementioned check as it should be sitting in the machine over there on Hicks Road... I am overall happy with the Hicks branch but am writing about my fantastic experience today at the Roselle Road location, even though I left bummed out I couldn't get to my money. So, I'm giving it 4 stars, mainly for fabulous customer service during the first and only time I went inside to deal with my issue. Like I mentioned, the banker couldn't have been nicer - she even warned me that it's a holiday next Monday so the weekend will go through TUESDAY, posting on Wednesday. Even weirder, right? Long story short: I ended up getting ANOTHER check from my mother and cashed it at HER bank. Anyway, I may actually start going to the Roselle Road location as I really like Linda. On my way out the door she threw me a "cliffhanger" (like on a tv show to make you watch next episode) regarding how to rebuild my credit quickly. It was an easy tip, that made perfect sense solution/but it's a secret. You have to go there and talk to her! And I really need to go back and get more tips! Thanks to the 606 S ROSELLE location in Schaumburg. Julie
