The worst customer service. Anytime you go to the drive up window they make you wait 10-20 minutes until after they take care of everyone inside. This is the only PNC location that does it. Stay away.

The worst experience ever. Do not execute a wire here because they cannot give you an update once it goes through EVEN THOUGH THE NATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE STATED THEY CAN. There is no branch manager on site. They refuse to listen to you when you've spoken to the customer service line on how to look for updates on submitted wires.

This bank is the joke of financial institutions, no transaction can every go smoothly, they never have enough cash and take forever to take care of customers. I can go across the Street and take as much cash as I want any day, with PNC the limit is $5,000 or you have to wait a week? Can’t handle a simple deposit with cash back, absolutely THE WORST!

To cash a PNC check they charge 2%....wow...what thieves and superviser casher dont give a **** why should she right, charged me $60 for cashing check... go to CHASE instead and save yourself the drama.

If I can rate this branch a zero, I would. I branch manager is RUDE! I called at 9:27AM and never got a called back. I called at about 11:30AM and he was still busy. Called again about 2:30PM and finally he was able to get on the phone and when he did, I could hardly let him know what the issue was. He kept interrupting me. I had to asked him to please stop cutting me off. He said I had to come into the branch to get my issue resolved which would cause me to get a driver to drive me there. Even after I explained how I have to do two different treatments. And hardly have time and energy. I also mention how another branch manager had helped me with the same issue years ago and he said why don't I go to that branch. I shouldn't have to explain that I was at my condo at that time vs to me being at my main home and this location is closer to my main home. So because of a mistake PNC has made or technical issue, I have to inconvenience myself and go to the nearest branch and deal with his rudeness? Wow. This is the reason why I opened another account with another bank two years ago and only use the account because of the length of time I've had this one.

Terrible experience waited 25 minutes at the drive-up for a simple transaction there was NO other cars except time. I won't be going that branch anymore.

Jacek B. Was the most helpful person I had after being a customer for 10 years. I was having account problems for 4 months and called a lot of time and no one could help me and they were going in circles. Jacek B took the time and helped me solve the problem being very kind and professional. Thank you Jacek B. one more time!!!

The worst bank I have ever dealt with in my life. They won't send you bills and then when you try to pay online they won't let you create an account and then when you try to pay over the phone it takes half an hour to get through the prompts. Save yourself the trouble and go with anyone else.
