This is the worse Macys I have ever visited, the up escalators we all broken. No signs telling how to get between floors. Most staff I met we rude and didn’t want to be bothered. Went to Mens cologne counter and staff wouldn’t even acknowledge I was there. What ever happened to Midwest nice, and customer service is a thing of the past. Gee why are large department stores going out of business.

The men’s coat department was a disaster this morning we got so turned off we left the store. They don’t seem to care and no excuses. If they have staff shortages then pull someone from another department! There were dirty face masks on the floor!

Unbelievable experience at Macy's today! I picked up a Kate Spade picture frame at curbside and noticed that the frame was thrown in the bag. When I questioned the young lady who brought the bag out, why the frame was not in a box she responded that she only delivers at curbside. 1 star I was buy something online from Macy’s Something not right so I go too Return In too customer service at Macy’s so she don’t even know how too do her job At all she say she can’t not Helping me ..so what is she told me you have to go home To make a phone call too Customer service By yourself hahaha lol Will anyway.. Macy’s you Need to train your peoples worker there .! That’s why I love Nordstrom there really good helping !

I’m beyond disappointed. I went into the store to purchase boots. The associate working was very helpful however there was not enough coverage /meaning you did not have as many associates working on the sales floor. There was only one person in the women’s section and she was doing her best to help everyone. There should have been at least 3 or more on the sales floor. The Macy's at Wooddield - Schaumburg IL. The worst customer service ever, which is sad considering I was at the Customer Service Department. My online pick experience was awful! The Macy's employee, Wanda, did not greet me, complained about the long line of customers when she went in the back to pick up the package, and did not offer me a bag for my package. When I asked for a bag, Wanda pushed the bag towards me across the counter and dismissed me (no thank you or have a good day). Good customer service is very important to me and keeps me patronizing an establishment. I guess I will be spending my money elsewhere.

ad to share my experience in the men's suit department. Simply stated - it was appalling. We purchased a 2 piece suit for my son. When we took it to be tailored, the tailor said the jacket would cost more than the original price to alter. Took it back to Macy's Schaumburg to return where I encountered the RUDEST people I've ever met. The pants still had the original tags but my son removed the jacket tag.
