They don’t answer phone calls , plus you have to look at each item you purchase because the machine doesn’t match the price tag at all and it’s always more than the price tag so be aware!

Very bad return / exchange policy, very rude supervisor. Trying to exchange a pair of new , again : brand new pants and they did not allow it. I was buying a lot of toddler clothes from this store but i will not be coming back.

When i came to cashier the lady said we are out of bags if you want one you have to pay 1.75 for two pieces i did said no thank you ,after that i see some black bags i told her this bag for purchase she said no this for free i told her ok give me one they are lying to purchase the bag
Before 5 months i went there and bought a socks for 4 $ yesterday i went same socks they put a sticker on the tag for 9 $ not good experience in this store lately .
online mentioned the store close at 7 when we arrived there they told us the store close at 6 .

They dont have bags for customers to carry purchased items. Be ready to purchase one from them! Not happy with that.

Had no bags for my purchase of over $100 and wanted to force me to buy a $1.60 bag. I told them I wasn’t buying a reusable bag and gave they gave GARBAGE bag!!! Worst customer service ever!

Well despite my bad experience for dining at a really poor quality Japanese teriyaki place at the food court I stumbled upon this retail store which used to be part of Sears long ago when I go to woodfield Mall. Just browsing around I found a Hawaiian shirt and some other Hawaiian shirts that were made in Bangladesh or made in India I did buy one and surprised it was even under $10 it was $7.70. to me I compare this to a more bougie place without breaking the bank within any of the other retail stores. Most of the shirts were not made in China which is what attracted me they were mostly made in India or Bangladesh or Vietnam or Cambodia. I'm surprised tariffs did not affect this place?. Only being made in China there was these leather shoes. Other than that I found a shirt a Hawaiian shirt made in India the only trouble why three stars is sometimes you can't find your size but there was another shirt I like but they didn't have an extra large or xl. I'm glad I found a shirt that I like from India and the fabric was nice for it being Hawaiian looking t-shirt even though it's not made in Hawaii USA. Other than that I would come back to the store again for all these really great deals for certain things I compare this to a more upgraded version of another store I went to called foreman Mills but most of those places are catered to poor African Americans with the exception of one in North Riverside mall by cermak and Harlem close to Berwyn which I'm surprised they placed one in the mall versus its own individual store which there is one close to me by Cicero and North avenue in Chicago which is very ghetto. Anyways do come here you'll find a lot of bargains I even saw something interesting if you know the Addams family daughter Wednesday they sold some outfit like that. Again in regards to certain shirts and apparel that you can't find your size is why I give it three stars

8/2025 4* Had lots to offer. But very loud and crowded with teens. Not sure of the quality of the goods yet. We will find out. Staff was helpful though.

I was upset by the staff, we asked for the only pants on the mannequin, they didn't sell it to us. My daughter wanted that pants so much😔even the manager told us to come back tomorrow and we didn't have the opportunity to come back the next day

Amazing staff, they were very helpful in answering my questions and helping me find a few shirts I had seen on the website. Thank you to the young lady in the men’s department and to those in the fitting room area :)
But the reason I’m giving it two stars is after experiencing the unprofessional and highly disrespectful behavior of a manger towards my mother in law who sought the help of this particular individual. This occurred on Sunday (7/13). My MIL has trouble with her English and to see her be dismissed by this person (a man with glasses) shows the lack of customer service skills he has.
I’m thankful for the help we got from the nearby workers who helped us in a KIND and FRIENDLY manner. Primark please do better in who you give the position of manager in your company, because it is clear that some don’t deserve the position.
