This place is excellent when it comes to customer service. I tried to ship a cooler to Japan. Olga and Oscar really went above and beyond to make my cooler eligible for shipping. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Had to send a package abroad and the gentleman assisted me with making the right decision for me. VERY patient, considerate and helpful, considering the costs, etc. Was also helpful when I inquired about sending artwork. These guys ship all sorts of things! (antiques, etc.) Great customer service!!! Will return.

I have been using prime pack and ship for years. They are a hidden gem that ships UPS, FedEx and DHL under one shop. Most recently Bill helped me ship wheels over to Canada and experience was great. They packaging is second to none and prices are very competitive. Look em up and thank me later

Highly recommend! I had a great experience shipping some personal items to a friend abroad. Without me even asking, Bill checked the rates with multiple services and different combinations of box sizes, then narrowed it down to a set of time/cost options so I could pick the best choice for me. He also wrapped everything expertly -- had some delicate artwork and pottery in there and everything arrived in perfect shape.

I've always had a great experience shipping my heavy artwork at Prime and Pack. Never have had any issues. Reasonable fees. I trust Bill completely and drive from Chicago to his location.

So bad experience ! After a first good contact, i asked a fast shipping for a painting, i don't know why, nobody answered during 4 days despite several messages sent...time lost, my customer is still waiting her item and now i need to find another shipper, i am very angry !!!
