One cart to be used for the entire property it seems, never see another one, and it’s loud and bumpy and steers poorly. Restroom located on main building in property, locked at all times and no access. Never an employee in office when I check. Glad to be moving and use a different company

Caprice is always very nice and helpful. The grounds are well kept and taken care of. I have been with Public storage for 4 years now at multiple facilities and this one has been the best of them.

This facility is very trustworthy, clean, and professional, which are paramount qualities when an individual is entrusting their belongings in a storage unit. I was lucky to have encountered helpful and kind staff, namely Caprice. She is always communicative and helps me resolve whatever issues may arise. Further, she always greets and takes care of me. I always look forward to seeing her when I need to use the facility. She is one of the many examples of superior employees. The others are just as capable and professional.

This facility is very dependable and trustworthy. They provide a very kind, sincere, and supportive atmosphere while maintaining a strong security presence at this location. I enjoy interacting with the employees, especially Frank. He is very helpful and eager to help me. This facility is very receptive to feedback. If people require maintaining a storage unit, I highly recommend this storage facility.
