Be aware this greedy company increases its prices every few months. Locked in at 157$ a unit November 1, now at 310$ a unit will 100% be taking my stuff to a different company/ facility. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves and your corporate greed. Shame on you.

The manager at this location was really helpful as I was given inaccurate information about a kiosk on location. This manager didn't have a kiosk but offered to drive me to a location that did so that I could pay my bill, she stayed with me as navigating the machine was not straightforward and she helped get the attention of someone at corporate who could provide a zip code to be the required information to use the kiosk. She then offered to drive me back to my hotel. I was extremely grateful.

I was trying to use the Kiosk at Public Storage at 2401 Palmer Dr. in Schaumburg, Il. But I'm not that good with Tech stuff.
So I found the office and RENEE who works there went out of her way to help.
She first Walked across about a Block away from the office / as we drove back to where our Storage was.
Next, Walked another 10 minutes once at Storage Unit to get to our Storage Space.
Helped us to do Locks and stayed about a good 15 minutes as we put our things in our 'space' > just having lite Conversation.
As we were driving away she pointed us in a quicker route out.
In our next round to drop some things off, we drove past her sweeping around another Storage Space.
She looked up, waved and smiled and went back to sweeping.
It was a comforting experience and that Public Storage in particular > absolutely clean.
I'm glad I got that one.
