I visited three weeks ago for a spa pedicure with no chip and politely asked the male technician to clean my nails more thoroughly, as the dead skin hadn’t been properly removed. He refused and walked away without any explanation. No one from management offered a sincere apology. Yesterday was the first time that I got my nails and toes done at relax nails and let me tell you I had an amazing experience. Kim was the one that did both services for me and she was wonderful. She has such a good spirit and she was very kind and funny. And my nails and toes came out just the way I wanted them too!!! I’ll definitely be coming back very soon. Thank you again Kim❤️❤️❤️

Got my nails done yesterday and had not a good experience. I could tell they were talking about other nail technicians from other places which already left a bad taste in my mouth. The nails were not prepped correctly, and nail polish was still on my skin after leaving. Clearly they do not know what they are doing. Showed an inspiration photo and my nails look nothing like how they are supposed to. Nail “artist” or whatever you wanna call it didn’t even ask to see if color or shape was ok. Called the next day because I couldn’t handle it anymore and they informed me it’ll be $25 just to put a new color on which is ridiculous it should’ve cost nothing and they should want to leave the customer satisfied. Clearly not. Would not recommend this place and I will definitely never be back. Also I forgot to mention there was about a 9 year old girl working there which clearly is not legal.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I showed the male tech (who was definitely not trained) a picture of blue squoval medium length nails. As you can see, he made them very wide and Square fan at the tips and cut them all the way to my skin! When I reached out, I was told I could come in that same day (I was at work) and then never answered any of emails or calls after that. I paid $70 for the worst set I’ve ever had. Go literally anywhere else!

It's a very nice and clean salon. Employees are friendly. My nails look great and reasonably priced. I will definitely be coming back to get my pedicure done next.

Trang is the best! Make sure you ask for her when you get your nails done! She did ombré for my for the first time and nailed it.

I have been a client of Kaylie’s for about 3 years now, I get gel nail extensions with no chip polish as well as pedicures. I can bring her anything I see on Pinterest or the internet and she has duplicated all the fun ideas of nail art I have found! Her artistic talent is just as impressive as her nail technician skills! My nails are that of such quality, I can get fills every THREE WEEKS and they still look perfect. Which says a lot considering how hard I am on my hands. She’s so sweet and friendly, fast too! After all this time, she is like a friend I go to visit and when she does my nails it is so relaxing I feel like I fall asleep!!

Im going on a trip this upcoming week and was getting my nails done here for the first time. I had Cindy and could not be happier. She is super kind and incredibly talented. She did my french tip toes for me as well as my hands, a full set of cat eye with an accent design that i added after i saw it on her nails. The shape is also incredible as i have wide fingers and the shortness is tough but she nailed it. Pun intended.

This is a place to relax. Soothing music and images on the screens that are neutral. No news or controversy here. The screens had a pet show with cute dogs and cats when I visited a few times. Friendly service for a good price.

I had a great first experience at Relax Nails. I have been looking for a salon in the area with great, reliable results and a good price! Kaylie was so nice to talk to and she took her time on my nails. I will be back!
