I came out to this store without my wife, gentleman bad idea don’t repeat… I spoke with Bere on the phone prior to showing up she was very friendly and helpful over the phone. Once I arrived the entire staff was super pleasant. They are not on commission so the sales process is super informative without the salesy uncomfortable situation that comes with most furniture stores. Now this a little man that goes by the name of Howard who is hilarious and you can tell that he’s been in the game for awhile and know his craft. He was able to suggest a company to apply seal coat to our new couches!!! The quality of these products here is A+++ and you can take it with you on the spot which is quite satisfying.

10:06 am 6-16-23 front desk woman was very rude when I said good morning in Spanish. She then told me with an attitude we don’t speak that over here in proceeded to look through her phone. Customer service was not friendly. Plz have someone else open the store with a better attitude. Thanks

RH had such beautiful and well-made furniture, but what really made my experience was the friendly welcoming staff, specifically Miranda Kiotis. She was extremely knowledgeable in interior design, patiently helped me choose different pieces, and was such a pleasure to talk to. Highly recommend this store and her!
