The manager lady with very short hair refused to complete a valid return because the barcode on my receipt wouldn't scan.
She blamed it on the scanner and said maybe her system is down for my receipt and I told her that's not a valid reason for me not getting my refund and she insisted she couldn't do anything about it. I asked if I could come back another day when the "system" is working and get my refund... and she said no.
Does that even make sense???
It was a perfectly fine receipt and everything was printed and legible. It wasn't torn. All the receipt transaction information was there.
Type the information in- do something as a manager! Are you telling me the register is smarter than you....??
Ugh. So frustrating. I went to the Ross on Meacham and it wasn't an issue.
It's a valid return lady, STOP GIVING EXCUSES for your incompetency.

The store had an abundance of clothing options, the one staff member I encountered was very friendly. Only problem experienced was that the racks were a little cluttered.

The store is like a garbage can! everything is lying around, scattered shoes, it is impossible to try on, because they are tied with laces, tied with wires and additionally tied with a tie. This is nonsense!!! How should I try on shoes!??? Marshals is a gold shop compared to you.
