Very dirty and untidy, the cashier did not give 10% to my mother who is 68 years old and had a gift card, she wanted to pay with a card in her name, she introduced herself as a manager without a name badge and said there was no other manager, she behaved very unprofessionally and arrogantly, we want to shop, but apparently people like her do not allow us, there are other stores besides Ross where we can spend our money.

Terrible store, no returns. They said they were dirty. I bought them in this condition. I tried them on at home but never went outside. They told me to go to another store, they wouldn't accept my order. They are completely with all the tags on. Waste of time, don't recommend

I just had a bad experience with a cashier there. She insulted me for no reason. I won't buy there anymore. Be very careful she is in a very bad mood. No respect at all.☹️☹️☹️

I visited this Ross for the second time. I appreciate there's a variety of merchandise all around the store. Also, service is fast, and I'd like to emphasize the kindness of the male cashier in the night shift. There was a female young cashier who didn't seem too happy, but at least she did her job right. However, this and last time the woman who is by the fitting room and organizing merchandise, has consistently failed to have a neutral or positive attitude. I have interacted with her in my two different visits and she displays the opposite of kindness and responsability. I will not go into details, I just think it's a good idea that she rethinks whether this is the best place/position for her to work; Or this could also be fixed if the manager of this store re-implements a customer relation training or a performance review. I do not want to speculate, but I believe I cannot be the first person to have complained or felt uncomfortable with her attitude. I should also say I saw and heard her interact with other customers with the same negative attitude.

I feel sorry for the employees.
Customers are not very respectful of their efforts. Customers make a mess and don't clean up after themselves or considerate of the next customer.
There is no reason why a store needs to stay open beyond 9:00 PM. Give the employees a break.
That being said, I appreciate the employees at this location despite a high turnover rate.

Good selection of clothes but like everyone has been saying the lines can build up quickly due to low staff count. I once waited 25 minutes in line so unless you have somewhere to be probably good idea to skip this one during peak times. Plenty of parking , just hardly one working there.

I love Ross big sister to Dd's. Ross has just a little more at reasonable prices and great gift finder here for sure. My go to store home , gifts and clothes for my 3 yo.
