DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We have had this service for 14 months and the service has been TERRIBABLE. We have had 4-10 service tickets a month and today when I expressed my frustration I was told by Alan Cook(Team Lead) that it was a programming issue and that they have setup the system the way we wanted it set up, Just a polite way to say its your fault you set the system up not us. Not when I can't dial out or receive customers when I pay my bills on time. Then he goes on to blame the internet provider, WOW no accountability. Our systems and computers are NEVER down its our phone system that's always down.Tech support and customer service has been so bad over this last year. I felt that I would be able to voice my opinion with Alan but he was so defensive about the system and made it be our issue.BEWARE look at the other reviews online from past customers.

Nice people to do business with if you are picking up shipments make sure to have a lift-gateand a pallet jack .

Very bad support. When things do not work, they do not do anything to help. We have had our support ticket in for 12 days. Zero help. Zero follow-up. Zero accountability.
