I came to the shop for a simple oil change. The car was in good condition prior to visit. The housing and cap from the oil filter was damaged and dripped oil after service. He tried different caps but left the car with a faulty oil filter cap. He refused spending more time on the car and said a simple oil change was costing him time and money.
I had to come to a dealership and fix it.

I went there in a rush, and I regret it. If you speak Korean, the owner, an older lady, starts making overwhelming comments and talks about how high the hourly pay is. In the end, I ended up paying an extremely expensive price. This place was uncomfortable and burdensome, and I never want to experience it again.
