I buy a car From this dealer a while ago, I pay cash and I get the car next day literally just next day, I have the check engine pop up and I Go back the same day to get it fixed they don’t cover it at all and they didn’t give me any discount to fix my car. I have to pay full price to get my car fixed. The problem was O2 Carbon sensor These guys Play a lot of games they acted nice of the first after they sell it you will end up with a big problem at least very careful with this dinner because they have Micanik shop at the same Location I’m not recommended

DO NOT BUY A STICK OF GUM FROM THESE PEOPLE!! I AM A SINGLE MOTHER OF FOUR CHILDREN AND I’M NOT POSTING THIS TO GET SYMPATHY OR EMPATHY BUT THESE PEOPLE ARE BEYOND UNETHICAL AND I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THEY ARE GETTING AWAY WITH IT!! I PURCHASED A CASH CAR FROM THEM A MINIVAN TO GET MY CHILDREN AROUND IT WAS OVERPRICED BASED ON MY RESEARCH ON KELLY BLUE BOOK. IN MARCH THEY CAME AND REPOSSESSED THE VEHICLE THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME AND INFORMED ME THEY HAD THE VEHICLE OR GIVE ME THE TIMELINE AS TO WHEN I COULD RETRIEVE MY BELONGINGS OR THE TIME FRAME AS TO WHAT WAS NEEDED TO GET THE VEHICLE BACK BUT I GO ON EDMUNDS AND THE CAR IS ON SCHAUMBURG AUTO’S WEBSITE FOR SALE!! SCHAUMBURG AUTO HAS $4700 OF MY MONEY AND THEY HAVE THE VEHICLE BUT I HAVE NOTHING TO GET MY FOUR CHILDREN AROUND IN. IT’S MALICIOUS AND EVIL!!! SEE PROOF BELOW.

This place (jose) sold me a vehicle with the timing chain needing to be repaired, called the next day after taking it to auto zone & a mechanic, which both said take the vehicle back to him, its a lemon. I made numerouse calls to him telling him what was said. He had me buy a warranty for 3 month 16 days after buying the car stating the warranty would cover all costs for repairs, told me i had to wait a month before repairs could be made to the vehicle. I took the car to the mechanic and the cost is $4000.00 possibly could be more because the timing chain not being repaired could cause damage to the engine, after calling the warranty they only cover $1500.00 which leaves me w/ a $2500.00 balance possibly plus, this (Jose) knew i lived in a shelter due to DV, he assured me & my friend that he would fix the issue. Needless to say they've done absolutely nothing but avoid me. I would recommend not purchasing anything from this dealership.
Now to find out after paying cash for the vehicle, this Jose guy made himself the lien holder on the vehicle after paying cash for it, its 4 months now & still no title. Upon making a call to secretary of state, this guy is a con artist, completely unethical practices. AGAIN AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP, Save yourself the unnecessary BS.

We lived 7 hours away but were willing to drive to see and get the car. We called 2 or 3 times a day and they never returned our calls. The first salesman, Omar, had quit but he had been very nice and helpful. The salesman Ali who supposedly took over our acount was totally useless. Your customer service SUCKS!!!! I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Recently bought a 2014 Ford F-150 for a great deal, any problems or questions I had were taken care of with no hesitation. Very friendly and I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking to buy a new car! Very satisfied :)

I bought a Ford Explorer in November 2023 and the rack and pinion was damaged, taking into account that buying a used vehicle and under an "as is" contract is taking a potential risk, I took the risk and bought it.
The team at Schaumburg Auto Group was very considerate and professional in responding to the repair.

Check Carfax before you buy.. i liked a car and when i checked the carfax,the car had 50.000 miles less.. i told them that they rolled miles back and they told me to go to another dealer and leave them alone.. terrible service

If I could give a negative review that's what would be marked. I give them a negative 100. Run from this shady joint. Went in to buy a car and talked with Megan. Red flag: should have know when she said she went to start so we could test drive she said it wouldn't start. She called Eashe the owner to come jump. Obviously she lied. Check engine light must have came on and she needed him to come and erase code. 3 days after we bought car the check engine light came on. Took in to have a module replaced and days later the engine light came back on. They told me they wouldn't look at car again I needed to take to a certified shop. Indeed that's what we did and they told us it was leaking oil. Down 3 quarts. Said engine was bad. Don't get scammed like we did. Stay away from this place. Dealer is located in Addison IL and shop that replaced module was on Wise road in Schaumburg. Biggest crooks ever.

I bought my Audi A4 from Schaumburg Auto group and they took care of me. Honest guys and a good deal. They also helped me with financing.
