I was having computer issues in turning pages into PDF, he was very knowledgeable and walked me through what I should do. As he was putting the pages together he actually called me to make sure I would be ok if the pages had a white border and if he could shrink a page by 2% so it would fit. Needless to say, I love the end product and am extremely happy with the dedication Roberto exhibited.”

“Lovely staff always. I accidentally dropped off a package in the 24hr drop box with the wrong label on it. Oh no! I came in when the post office opened to hopefully correct my error. The staff member (I forgot her name) was kind enough to go through all the packages to find mine. There were a lot... I had shipped four separate items, and she got them all for me. I found the one with the wrong label, and was able to put the correct label on it. Then shipped it off! This was totally my mistake. So I greatly appreciate all the help I received. Thank you!”
