Bought a pair of Slide-In shoes 15 days ago. Too large it turns out.
Today a very friendly and professional sales person gave me a smaller size for an even exchange.
No arguments or hassles.
I would recommend this location if you're looking for Sketchers!

I don't like the store because they don't carry size 11 for women . Everything on line. Very bad experience. Don't go to the store anymore. After that I want to Kohl's and I got two parts of shoes for less money. Very happy.

Great location in Woodfield mall however I must say they are very low on staff in the retail area.
On a busy weekend evening, There was only one employee between about 6 to 8 customers trying to get shoes out of the storage …
Customer service could be better…

Went in yesterday with my wife to buy sandals and there were 3 representatives (2 girls 1 guy) hanging in the back, when they came back one girl went to the register the other was first sitting behind the register girl then out of nowhere she started “organizing” the misaligned shoes on the wall and the guy was also “working” with the other shoes. None and I repeat NONE (out of 3) came to us for service the wife had to flag the guy for service. She asked for a specific size of the sandals (by the way she checked the day before and the day of for stock) and we knew that they were going to say that they don’t have them in stock. He didn’t offer to get it ordered online nor checked if a nearby store had them in stock. Will never go to this location ever again. THIS IS NOT WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABOUT! Do better.

Sales girl so rude with me I’m plan to buying shoes and sandals more then 250$ but her arrogant behaviour and cheap attitude created a negative environment for everyone around I’m just walked out of store . She has no manners how to talk with customers.
If the Skechers company hire employees like this they are losing customers because of their so called high rude and disrespectful employees. I think Skechers wood field need to work on Google review and customer complaints. It makes someone’s day spoiled because of like this employee.

first of all, it’s my first time shopping in the store. I have a broke arm just had a heart attack after the surgery and have 13 screws in my arm cannot move my arm up or down. OK I asked the ladies for help to try on the shoes I just spent $300 in there. They were very extremely rude. They did not help me and said they would not help me because they have other customers in the store that’s bullshit and I want to speak to their manager and I want them fired because that’s ridiculous. I spent that much money in my in the store and they treat me like that and this is my first time at the store in this mall never againand if you’re a manager contact me

This was our first time at this location. It was packed with customer service. The customer service was good. We brought my aunt a pair of Sketchers for her 76th birthday. She got the ones she wanted. I highly recommend Sketchers. I highly recommend this location.

Store associate at Woodfield Mall was useless. She did not offer to help order the shoes I wanted, didn't bother to check if the shoes were in the back in any other size. All the shoes I wanted are online and in sizes that she said were not available. Store was empty so not like she was busy.
