Exceptional in all categories! So happy I chose SOHO. Janet was delightful in booking my appointment and took time to listen to my concerns on the call (bad experiences @ other salons).
Phuong, my technician was sweet and gentle removing a 3 wk old gel manicure from my sad weak nails and made very sound suggestions on how we could manage them going forward.
I opted for a traditional manicure today to give them a chance to breathe. The finish is pure perfection. Will definitely return for my next treatment.

I've used Soho for a long time. But Janet is the best!!I've been to others but no one every treats me like a human. I didn't think much of it until I broke my arm and leg. I was in a wheelchair and went to an old place thinking I couldn't get into Soho. The place put me in the back of the salon in-between two clients.At Soho Janet treated me great. Janet was so professional an and friendly. She wheeled a chair to the. Door and wheeled me to use the restroom. My nails are amazing super satisfied!Services: Nail art

i would leave a 0 star review if i could, i never leave bad reviews as i like to find the good in things, however.. i felt the need to warn people to NEVER go to this salon. worst nails i’ve EVER gotten, uneven, rushed, wrong shape and color, etc. I made an appointment and was taken 30 minutes late. she took another customer while still doing my nails. touched the ladies feet and came back to doing my nails without washing her hands. do not listen to the good reviews, the chance of decent nails is not worth the risk.

There was a mix up with what I requested in advance and what I was offered upon arrival. I was told when I got there she (Janet) needed more time to do what I asked for and she had other customers booked. Everything I asked for, Janet told me "I don't do that." She was not accommodating AT ALL. I get it...its her salon but wow, very disappointing.I was stuck with someone else who rushed through my pedi and was done in 5 minutes. The lady that did my finger nails was rushed by Janet and I had to constantly ask for it to be fixed. It came out horrible. Overall a terrible experience after having high hopes for Janet and her salon.

Went to Soho for dip, what a GREAT nail salon! Everyone who works there is very friendly and made me feel welcome. They engage in conversation, just as a salon should. Bea made my nails look perfect. I will be back when I am in town again.

I really wanted to like this place because the three women working were so kind! Unfortunately my dip manicure didn’t turn out well at all. Lots of texture, bubbles, bumps, etc. I also think the first desk I sat at was pretty dirty and when we opened the door we were smacked in the face with the smell of acetone. Sad my manicure didn’t turn out!Service: Dip powder
