Unfortunately, I had a close encounter with a wildlife representative, and I believe it was a fox or little coyote. It was so fast and dark I couldn't say for sure.
Anyway, I have known Stan Auto from the past. It is one of the best body shops you can dream of. Stan the owner, and his son Daniel- Assistant - are very easy to work with people.
I came for an estimate on damages. I got instructed about procedures involving the insurance company.
I decided to leave my ES300H for repair. We had to wait for the insurance adjuster to approve the initial estimate. He came the next day - very friendly and he gave ok to repair. During the disassembly appeared, there were more parts damaged. (almost $3000 damages) No problem - adjustor approved and now just waiting for the car. So far, so good. ?
Oh, one more detail I got the loaner vehicle. This was awesome ?. Don't tell everybody ?because there is not enough for everyone ?
