TARGET IS INFERIOR IN COMPLYING WITH ON-LINE ORDERS!!! INCOMPETENT...OR...JUST 'DECEPTIVE' THEY SHIP THE CHEAPER ITEM, NOT ORDERED, THEN BILL YOU AT THE 'HIGHER PRICED' ITEM, NOT SHIPPED! THIS AMOUNTS TO WIRE FRAUD AS IT IS BILLED W/CREDIT CHARGES!!! THIS IS TERMED 'WIRE FRAUD' AND IS A FELONY!!! I WILL NOT ORDER ON-LINE IN THE FUTURE AS MY CONFIDENCE HAS BEEN COMPROMISED WITH MEDIOCRATY!

I recently went here with my friends to buy snacks for a gathering. Carlos, “the manager,” walked up to my friend group and accused us of messing around and told us to leave. Initially starting an argument for no apparent reason. We start talking and asking him why he is accusing us and then tells us “if you’re gonna argue you can leave” we keep taking for a minute or two just asking him why he accused us and kept telling us to leave if we wanna argue even though he started it and we did nothing wrong. He then threatened to call the cops and get our license plates. For what???? We are teenagers by the way and you threaten to call the cops for absolutely nothing at all. If anybody from target sees this, please do something with him because he treated us terribly for no reason and is discriminating. Check all the security footage. This happened on February 22nd around 9pm.

It's a nice store to browse but I dread coming here when I'm actually needing something because it's out of stock. This definitely can't be the store to go to if you are out of milk or yogurt. They rarely have it in stock

No one will answer the phone I need help on some un authorized charges at this store and called 3 time rang more than 3 min each time then it hangs up on u THATKS FOR THE HELP !!!

The customer service return/pickup area could be better. I usually use the drive up pickup. However, there have been a lot of missing items lately, so I’m forced to go inside and deal with the staff at the customer service desk. If I’ve already ordered an item, and you forgot give it to me through drive up, why do I have to now walk around the store to get the item and bring back to you? That makes absolute no sense. What was the point of using drive up then? I use it to avoid going into the store and dealing with the madness inside. On top of all that, no apology and no incentive. Target—please do better with this.

I always enjoy my trip to target BUT I have to give my most recent experiences a 2 start solely because of the past few times I’ve been to Starbucks. Staff is normally nice as usual but there’s a smaller blonde girl that works there and makes me feel like she hates her job. Whenever I order she’s never in a good mood and it really just puts a damper on my experience. Not very approachable at all and we should all feel comfortable ordering a drink. I won’t be returning to that Starbucks if she’s working that’s for sure. Wouldn’t want to bother her to do her job.
