This store is so cute. I was gifted a backpack a year ago and finally went in to get it embroidered on Black Friday, nonetheless. I left it while I shopped around the mall. The staff was friendly and very efficient. If you have a cheerleader, you need to go check out the merch at the Cheer Shoppe!!!

I had an amazing experience at The Cheer Shoppe! The customer service was top-notch from the moment I walked in. The staff were not only incredibly knowledgeable about all the gear and uniforms, but also super friendly, patient, and helpful. They really went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed.
Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned cheerleader, this place has it all – high-quality products, great variety, and most importantly, a team of workers who genuinely care. It’s clear they’re passionate about what they do. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this store to anyone in the cheer world!

Don’t bother going here for things you can buy online/in other stores. Went in for my daughter to get a new pair of cheer shoes because I wanted her to try them on to avoid buying multiple sizes online and having to return. Walked into the store and two employees were at the register - neither one acknowledged us or said hi.
My daughter was wearing Uggs (no socks) and the employees said they don’t have the nylon socks (that literally every shoe store on the planet has for people to try on shoes), and I would have to purchase a pair of socks to even try shoes on.
No thanks. I am not purchasing socks that I’m certain my daughter wouldn’t wear apart from this try on - just a way for this store to grab more money from you. We don’t have a choice on where to buy merch at/for competitions, but apart from that we will not be shopping at this store.

This is the third year I have purchased a custom t-shirt order through The Cheer Shoppe. Caroline's communication was top notch and their product never disappoints. I highly recommend if you are looking to secure a large order. I will continue to order with their business every year.

EDITED REVIEW -PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ* I would not recommend this company. Ordered in January, still nothing. Have left messages and no response. Got one response in February and was given , the oh we are on it. Then absolutely nothing!! **** This was a post I made and it was totally unfair!** Long story short, I was scammed from a fake company using their name. The Cheer Shoppe have went above and beyond to fix a problem they had nothing to do with. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THEM for whatever your cheer needs are. They are a #1 company that truly cares about their customers! Thank you, cheer shoppe for all you did.

Fabulous customer service. And super friendly staff in the store. The cheer competition events preorder is almost always seemless.Please note - do not expect to go here expecting to purchase ICA cheer event merch, they are a separate company! I recommend doing the preorder for any competition.

I have never had a bad experience shopping at The Cheer Shoppe. Anytime I’ve reached out with a question they get back to me promptly. And their merch is so cute!! The Taylor swift inspired spirit wear this season has been such a hit with my 2 girls and their cheer teams. Not to mention the state gear. Love the design and quality!!

Friendly staff! my daughter was looking for cheer shoes and the girl helping was patient going through each available style until she found the best option for her. If you are not sure about style or size I recommend stopping in. well worth the drive.

Ordered 2 backpacks and had them embroidered in under 30Minutes. Team helped me design in minutes. Was also able to purchase shoes and had multiple options. Great customer service.
