I would give them a -5 if I could. Purchased a sofa that fell apart not even a year into a use. It's been 1.5 years that I have been trying to service it since I have purchased warranty. At this point I don't want to deal with the extensions, and I want this out of my home and money back. Store is blaming the service and service is blaming the store and no one is taking care of this.

Customer service at this location is awful. They also told me my product would be return/exchangeable and then when I wanted to exchange certain chairs they said they can't due to the order being a custom color. ???

I would not buy anything from them. We purchased a $6,000 pool and had a leak in the liner. They don’t take responsibility, they put all the responsibility on you. You have to pay for water twice and you even have to pick up the second liner that needs to be re installed plus you have to worry about getting rid of damaged liner. This was the worst expensive experience of my life. I would never recommend The Great Escape for anything!

If I could give them a zero I would. 6 employees and none of them ever said hi. Customer service is terrible. Made a purchase a the man never said hi or thank you. You just lost business and I will make sure I let everyone know of your awful service.

Tim Fitzgerald was fantastic!!! Very knowledgeable!! We have never owned a hot tub and he explained everything. We called first to see if Tim was working that day and then went back to the Schaumburg store to order our hot tub!! We are business owners and know how important it is to have excellent employees!! We are realtors and will tell all of our clients to go to that store.

Customer service is terrible. No one is ever around to help. Selling merchandise that doesn't work properly and then doesn't even take them back. Never been so disappointed in a store. Never coming back! Parking lots are probably always empty for a reason. Ridiculous!

Purchased a 13,000$ hot tub was told 4 to 6 weeks we are going on 2 months with 0 communication had to hunt them down to be told probably another 4 to 6 weeks what a joke go else where !

I recently bought a sand filtration system from here and I’ll tell you something, these guys know what they are doing. I came in there and asked for what I needed and they helped me out and explained everything I needed to know to operate and get my pool back to good looking conditions
