Response time was very good, a maintenance person arrived in a timely manner. Maintenance personnel are friendly and as much as they can be very helpful. However, the problem still exists and seems to be getting worse. The problem is NOT solved and for this reason I am giving 1 star rating.

I tour a few days ago and it was one of the best tours I been on since I have started my apartment search leasing staff Ameila was friendly, professional , patient and informative during the tour . I felt like a resident already . The neighborhood seems quiet and very peaceful and safe.

I have emailed multiple times, but I don’t get responses. I’ve had to literally use the function on the website where you inquire about the apartment JUST to get ahold of management. However, they seem to be quick to respond to reviews!
