“I just wanted to say Thank you. My groceries were delivered to the clubhouse by accident. Brian from maintenance was kind enough to stop what he was doing and delivered all the groceries so I wouldn't have to carry them all home. This is just one of many reasons why I continue to call Woodbury Place home.
Thank you.

“Fieldpoint is a very nice community to live in. Maintenance is always on time and efficient and the amenities are exactly what we were looking for. Property manager Essie is amazing and very much willing to work with you. Highly recommend”

“I had a great experience with the Lakes of Schaumburg Apartments! Skylar was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He was very thorough when explaining everything related to my move-in and made sure I understood each step.
What stood out the most was her follow-up and communication — she stayed on top of everything and kept me informed the whole way. The move-in process felt smooth and stress-free because of her support.
Highly recommend working with Skylar and the Lakes of Schaumburg team. Five stars!”
