I requested an estimate for a remote starter for my 2012 Equinox from the Schaumburg location. Kevin called me that day and gave me a quote. I asked how soon he could get me in - figuring with the recent cold snap and the holidays, it would probably not be until January. Was I surprised when he told me he could get me in the next day at 8am!!!! Needless to say, I took the appointment! I brought my car in and was taken right away. I did have an old remote start from 2016 (off brand) from another shop, that only worked about a year and they had to remove it for an additional charge. When I arrived back to pick up my car, Keven went over the remote operation with me a couple of times. I am very happy with my new remote starter! I highly recommend this shop. They are very receptive to your needs, explain everything and answer all questions thoroughly and pleasantly. Their pricing is fair and personnel is wonderful!
