I came across this shop when our family car had an issue right before memorial Day weekend. CNS was the only spot with availability to look it over. They diagnosed quickly, fixed our immediate issue, and mentioned a minor water pump leak . To be frank, I was skeptical at first.
Months later, I had further issues and called CNS back. I mentioned it might be an issue with their previous repair, and they were happy to look it over and mentioned that they warranty their work.
Still skeptical, I got a second opinion from the manufacturer dealership that confirmed CNS' original diagnoses, but at a significantly higher cost. I ended up taking it back to CNS and then performed a major repair quickly and efficiently.
Their manager, Rich, is as professional and polite as they come. I can't recommend this place enough. Polite, professional, honest and very reasonably priced. Simply our, bring your car here.”
