My husband and I were on a flight that got cancelled. We were told that booking through this company would save us up to 50% off our hotel stay till we could catch our flight in the morning. We booked the room than went online to compare prices. Booking through them actually cost us 50% more for the same room. This company is a scam . Very disappointed after a long day of traveling. I will definitely book straight through the hotels next time. Do not use this company. You won't get a deal.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. TOTAL SCAM!! ROOMS ARE MUCH CHEAPER IF YOU BOOK ON LINE. THEY TELL YOU ITS FOR THE FREE BREAKFAST AND SHUTTLE RIDE WHICH IS ALREADY FREE !! TOTAL SCAM THEY ACT LIKE THEY'RE HELPING PEOPLE THAT ARE STUCK BECAUSE OF CANCELLED FLIGHT. THERE TSKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE. GARBAGE COUSTEMER SERVICE!!

Worst customer service on planet earth. Their "managers" are even worse. Such a headache to deal with. Nobody calls you back. I've been trying to get a hold of a manager to get an answer for over a month on a refund for a hotel that I didn't stay at, while paying full price (such a scam). I've called a dozen times. They strive to "minimize customer inconvenience".... which seems to be completely contradictory of what they actually do.
