Javier was wonderful! I called and got right in- no waiting- on the day before Thanksgiving!! And 3 minutes from my house! The registration was quick and he even gave me the option of self swab or he could swab. I love that he did the swab- I’m never sure I’m going deep enough when I do it! Best part- rapid results in 15-20 minutes and PCR in 24 hours- even on Thanksgiving! I’m so appreciative! So glad no appointments available at Walgreens & CVS- this was a MUCH better experience!!!

I was able to easily register online ahead of my test and was tested shortly after my arrival. Javier was incredibly kind and professional. If I need another test I will definitely come back to this location!

Dr ordered blood work but wad sending me to another lab. Called insurance and that lab wasn't in network. Saw that Trilab was in network and was less than 10 minutes from my house. Called to schedule. Even though the location in Schaumburg wasn't ready for full scale testing, they did arrange for a phlebotomist to come to Schaumburg for me. Lexi was very nice. Testing went smoothly. Highly recommend them.

I was a little disheartened by some of the local COVID testing facilities either closing down or charging extremely high prices due to the current lack of government funding. However I discovered the Trilab facility, which offers walk-in rapid and PCR testing, which is free if you have insurance. The turn-around for PCR results is quicker than any other testing place I've ever gone to. Highly recommended!

I tested at Trilab Health for a required event and found the staff to be professional and pleasant, the office is very clean and best of all no wait and you’re in and out in minutes. I’d come back anytime.

I went and got tested on Thursday at 2 pm. And it’s already Sunday at 10:11 am, I still haven’t received my results. Since that day I’ve had 102 temp with bad cough and shivering. Don’t know whats taking them so long. Plus they said it’ll take 24 hours after testing to get results. I should’ve just gone to Walgreens. My wife got tested yesterday and her results are here already.

Do not believe their 24 hour results as we were told we would get results within 24 hours but did not. It took over 49 hours, as travellers we ended up having to pay for a rapid pcr test that cost $200.00. Save yourselves the stress and get tested somewhere else.

Took 7 days for mine to come back negative. Dont use this Lab. I have been sick for over 10 days. Everyone i was around at the family event tested positive and i have the same symptoms . Wondering if your company taking 7 days to test is why it's negative. Because after 7 days of having the virus. I should be able to be retested in 7 days and be negative. If you can't get test done in a timely manner. Your basically giving bad results. Your Lab should be shut down. I see it is temporarily. It should be permanently.

I showed up at the last minute after work to see about getting tested since I had been exposed to someone with covid. The gentleman working went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make my experience pleasant. I forgot his name, a young Hispanic Brother. They had no rapid result tests but he said I should have my results by noon the following day. I had my results just about that time. I have to get another test this week since someone else has been sick. Listen people, when any place is over run with patients sometimes waiting times, and results may take longer than expected, Thats just life. I look forward to going back to this place because my last experience was excellent and its literally right down the street from my job. 5 stars for sure in my OPINION.

We needed PCR tests to travel and were leaving from Chicago so we decided to give Trilab in Schaumburg a try. The staff was friendly and they were very accommodating as we received our results in 24 hours.

I had a wonderful experience at Trilab. It’s a legitimate business with very attentive staff, quick service, all-around great experience. I would definitely use Trilab again, and 5/5 would HIGHLY recommend.

Very professional, Friendly staff, great service. Results came in timely manner. I will highly recommend this place. Above all lab owned by medical team unlike other places that emerged out of nowhere and have zero medical background.

I had runny nose and congestion on Monday while at work so Tuesday at 3:00 pm I went for Covid testing at Schaumburg location at Salem plaza. We provided all information for contact and was told it will take 24-48 hours which was fine.I waited for next day and nothing came so Thursday I called them and left voice message to get update.i was not sure if it was just regular cold or I got Covid with no exposure.Anyways I called multiple times and left message since they said will return my call in an hour.no outcome.i tried through out the day and Friday Jinna who is customer service representative from receive my phone.I Was expecting that finally maybe over the phone they will tell me abt my report but she said it’s in progress and ask me to call at 1:00 pm, then again I called them at 3:00 pm with no outcome and was told tht they are very backed up at it will take time so wait to get result at the end of the day.she even verified my email address which was correct on file.well no report came even after 4 days and then today it’s Monday a whole week I waited my my Covid report still have no result.I checked emails and while calling them no one picks up and their voice mail is full.i have exam on Friday,without knowing I was positive or negative I couldn’t go to my job .Covid result gets indecisive if not processed working 24-48 hours so my best guess is they messed my sample.Don’t go there for Covid test and no communication from there side.I could have gave big zero to them if I could.They want toMake $50 per hour from government per patient but don’t want to provide report.I would report it to give website so they can get aware how their funds are misused.
