Always great service

I’ve been using this UPS location for years and have always had great experiences — until today. I came in to return three very large boxes (all identical framed items from Amazon), and due to Amazon’s system, I only received one return label for all three. I’ve learned that this is perfectly fine as long as the boxes are from the same seller.
Unfortunately, a new employee told me I couldn’t return the boxes using just one label. I had to lug everything back to my car and spend an hour on the phone with Amazon, only to end up with two labels for three boxes. When I returned, I was told that I’d now need to buy tape to join two of the boxes together — something that could’ve been done in the first place had I been informed.
The lack of knowledge and poor attitude from the new staff member was extremely frustrating. I wasted two hours of my time simply because of poor communication. Thankfully, the regular employee who normally helps me arrived later and resolved everything quickly, as he always does.
I’m disappointed that a single employee’s lack of training and professionalism caused such a headache.

I'm from Canada and I used them while in town once and they were awesome! Needed to ship something from the States again at a later date, and they did me a huge favour and were able to go above and beyond to help me get my item! I'm very happy I found them.

Google here says you close at 6.30pm on Tuesdays, but when I got there before then, store was already closed. Very unprofessional to close before the actual time stated. Made a wasted trip and have to go to another UPS store.

Worst customer service, every single time I call i get a bad attitude, they hang up the phone, the don't help at all. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

I’m very surprised by some of the reviews. I’ve always had a pleasant experience coming to this location. The owner and younger man that works there are always friendly. Then again it’s usually always drop off, scan, and go!
