Called on 08/06/2025 asked if there was notary service. Staff person stated come after 2 pm. Go to the store at 2:45 pm staff person stated “sorry” we don’t have notary service.

I usually stop by this UPS location to return my Amazon packages, and every time, I’m in and out in about 10 seconds! The staff is always friendly, efficient, and super helpful. They make the process quick and stress free and a truly wonderful service every time. Highly recommend!

The good, most times it's slow there so waiting lines are small. The bad parking lot shared by other businesses so limited spots. The staff is somewhat pleasant and helpful . Been coming here for years never heard good morning or how are you. There is also no scan or yourself machine so if there is a line and you just want the receipt you have to wait.

Locked their doors before closing time. I got there at 6:28 and they are suppose to close at 6:30. Guy just looked at me and signaled they are closed. Change your hours to 6:25.

Was there a few days ago with about 10 minutes to close. I get that they were about to close but I was in the store on time. I had about 6 returns I was working on and as I'm giving the gentleman the barcodes to scan, He asked me if I was almost done (with an attitude). While still in the store he turned off all the lights and I can tell he was annoyed that it was 3:02pm and I wasn't done. To be honest I just think it was rude that he turned off the lights while I was still in the store. I'm sorry I came in during hours. I walked out of the store by 3:04pm. I'm sorry I made him stay an extra 4 minutes. Other than that thank you for taking my Amazon Returns.

Poor service!!!
I don’t like how they deal with issues. There should be a proper way to communicate and guide shipping for the customers. Especially when dealing with international packages, it includes the restrictions of the receiving country. And I suggest them don’t take USPS packages on behalf of them especially for the international shipping. Losing over few hundred dollars 💵 means a lot for nowadays with the poor employment rate and inflation. Train your staff better on all the services you provide.

They need to improve their customer service at this location. Older gentleman I dealt with seemed annoyed that I was dropping off a package near closing time (20 minutes before).

I visited this store recently and had an excellent experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and efficient, assisting me with packing and shipping my items securely. They also explained my options clearly, and the process was quick and easy, And the owner also goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be returning to this UPS Store for my future shipping needs!

The staffs are good but it looks the owner doesn't have a good responsibility. I dropped off one box including 9items. But the 3items were missing when my customer received the box. It looks they repackaged the box with bubble bags in a store. I called the store and the owner said that she will check it and get back to me. But she have't updated the status for me and didn't pick up the phone call.Hope this kinds of manner doesn't ruin the UPS's reputation.

Poor customer service. The guy needs training. No hello when customers walked in. I was standing there waiting on him and another customer came from the back. He totally overlooked me. The customer had to let him know that I was next in line. The guy is India. Terrible service!

This UPS store is definitely the best I’ve visited in IL. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all, friendly. I have done several shipments there and they are always willing to help me understand the different shipping options, and whenever I have not had packing materials they are quick to help me pack properly to ensure that my package is delivered with no issues
