I visited the bank today for notary services and had a very poor experience. The notary is under experienced and doesn't know what she was talking and refused to notarize. She re-directed to talk to her manager who did not even pay attention to me / my matter and asked to schedule an appointment later to discuss. This is such a horrible experience in my relationship with US bank for 12+ years.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good customer service experience while trying to be a new customer to US Bank.Here are the facts. My husband and I had a virtual appointment with (we will call her "D") at the 60 S Meachum road/Schaumburg branch on June 18th. We were to be called back by D to finalize some things on June 21st. Never heard from her. I called in on the 23rd and another lady told me she was out but that she would give D the message and that we would for sure hear from them on the 24th. Nothing. I called in today, the 30th. Another lady told me the same thing. "I will make sure she gets this message and to call you back tomorrow". I asked for the manager. He is out on vacation until 7/6. I suppose there is no one that backs him up while he is out. I can understand some delays as we still live in a Covid world, but i feel like we have had to chase down this rep to give US Bank our business. We are probably going to go elsewhere.

Called at 2:50pm to confirm that I get US bank paperwork to be notarized and been assured that they will in 30min, get there 3:20 pmthey close, i am Mad. This second time they do this to me. By the way they open till 5pm supposedly

I want give double zero rating for this review, Very bad experience!! because today is Saturday and this location open until 1:00pm but I arrived 12:35 pm and bank closed early then time

Be careful with their ATM machine located outside of the branch. It could be not secure.I'm assuming that my business debit card was probably hacked there ( since it was one of the only 3 locations where I used it to take money out and it's the only one of them located outside) and used later on in Chicago by Clark Ave. just recently to withdrawn money which were not even available . (Like I was told : it's "extra layer of customer protection" provided by US Bank to their clients in case of not having enough money while in remote area ). Thank You US Bank. It did work "very well "in my case. Sounds like a bad joke. I was also told that they check out their ATM machines on the daily basis. Really? Looks like I had bad luck not such long ago. Apparently it wasn't one of these good days when they did it.
