One of the worst locations usps should take some actions. The manager doesn’t know how to talk nor the employee. Employee was super rude. Also employee was in such a rush such a worst one and only schaumburg location

I’m very disappointed with the service I received. I felt that I was treated unfairly compared to other customers, which was upsetting. She was unprofessional and rude. If you dont like your job, just quit plss thank you.

They don't answer their phones. I have to go in in person to speak with someone about package issues, but they're unable to help. So they tell me to call back to speak with a supervisor. But, like I said, they don't answer the phone, so it's an endless loop. If you have any mail issues, most of the time, you are just SOL.

Michael Reese is the BEST as this post office menager. Handful of times he helped me to retrieve the “lost” packages . He’s NOT afraid to send emails to other post offices around the country to follow up on those. HARD WORKING , CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AND A REAL GEM!!! You don’t meet Federal employees like Michael anymore. HE DESERVES A BIG RAISE AND RECOGNITION FOR HIS HARD WORK! THANK YOU MICHAEL.

Very lazy staff. If I have more than 10 packages, they immediately tell me to drive around the building and drop them off at the loading dock. These are just regular packages, not bulk shipments, and I don't want to waste extra time on that. Because of their delays, I already lost one eBay account — they take up to two days to process the shipments. The worst post office I've ever dealt with.

I submitted a report of lost mail totaling $100 and was told my local office would follow up in 1-3 business days. That was 8 business days ago. They clearly do not care about their customer service here. A simple call or email would be lovely but apparently that is too much to ask for.

Keep denying services for no reason besides they just feel like it. I take off work early , rush over, on time during advertised walk in hours for passport and they keep telling me sorry we don’t do that. They clearly do and it’s on their site. Still haven’t been able to get a passport cause they don’t feel like it. I have everything filled out, takes literally 3 minutes and they refuse to even look at a single document.

The worst service ever
Loosing packages all the time
Not to mention getting neighbors checks and mail in my mailbox !
Their employees don’t care
When you call , getting same answers with no end results .
