We purchased a furniture from Value City Schaumburg and Maria helped us. She was very kind and informative. We were not supposed to buy but she carefully explained months of waiting time for a customized piece so we ordered ahead of time. The fabric that we want is not available in their stock. Everything was smooth and easy.

We highly recommend Maricela at the Value City on Golf Road in Schaumburg. She is very patient and knowledgable. Great to work with!! We appreciate all her follow through and follow up! We will go to her for any future furniture purchases. I wish i could give Maricela more than 5 Stars!!!!!!!!!

I just purchased my second couch from VCF, 1st from Schaumburg. I just had it delivered today, and it’s so comfy! I had Anil help me, and I highly recommend him. We just went back to get my parents the same couch!

I had a wonderful shopping experience with Gracie! She was not only knowledge with all of the pieces, fabric options, warranties, and prices, she was also incredibly friendly. While shopping, I didn’t feel pressured or rushed to make any decisions and Gracie was kind enough to give me her own personal opinion which really helped build the trust when working with her.
